Today we will take a look at the newly added Valkyrie, Kira.
Break down how she can be played and which options are most suited for her.

★ SUMMARY ★
General Info
[Sugary Starburst] is a new Ice MECH-type, A-Rank, SP battlesuit.
She uses Pistol-Weapons in battle and her role will be that of an Ice & Freeze Sub-DPS support.
This guide assumes you have maxed out Diverging Paths, unlocked all supports and sigils as well as the Valkyrie at max ER LVL (15).
In my example runs I used a SSS [Sugary Starburst], however the Rank should not influence her playstyle too much.
(Probably some lack of DMG and SP)
There are 2 different ways to play her:
• Ultimate Style
• Weapon + Charged Style
I will discuss both of them in detail.

Special Adjustments
Her special adjustments allow her to trigger her SP Skill after using Weapon Active and summon a black hole after hitting QTE.
These 2 adjustments come in very handy as this aloows her to trigger her SP Skill easier and keep the enemies close together without needing a special support.

Unfortuantely I don't have any information about the Round 2 buffs as of now.
This versions Buffs are tailor-made for [Sugary Starburst], providing Buffs for Charged ATK and QTE.
In Round 1 both styles will choose the same Buffs:
The 2 15 Buffs will be the best to use.
One important thing is to select the alternative Boss Dark Jixuanyuan, even though she is a PSY-type in her default form, she will turn into a BIO-type after her shield has been weakened and she is frozen.
Ultimate Style Overview
This style's rotation will be as follows:
Charged ATK 2x (Battle start only) -> Ultimate -> Evasion + ATK 6x -> (Charged) -> Ultimate
and repeat.
Because the Buff for Charged ATK has been chosen it is important to use a Charged ATK every now and then to maintain the Buff.
It should be used every 2 rotations at least and at best before the Ultimate.
Note!
It is recommended to get at least 1 or 2 SP recovery Signets, otherwise Kira won't have enough SP to cast the Ultimate as soon as it is available.
Which SP Signet will be chosen is up to the individual player or which will be found first.
Weapon + Charged Style Overview
Compared to the Ultimate Style, the second one is shorter and requires less inputs:
Weapon + ATK -> Charged ATK 2x
and repeat.
At the beginning it might be necessary to cast the Ultimate every now and then for extra DMG.
As soon as the second Exclusive Signet is obtained it shouldn't be used anymore.

★ GENERAL SIGNETS ★
Both Styles
✧ First Priority Core
Decimation (Core2) is by far the best one to choose for [Sugary Starburst] no matter which style is chosen because she can heal very fast and reliably.
Considering that she cannot lose HP on her own it is recommended to use Blood Rose as a support.
This signet provides huge Buffs and while the enhanced buffs are not necessary, they are very good and can be used.
Normal Signets:
DMG Buffs > DMG taken by enemies > SP/Max HP
Enhanced(II):
Ele Breach > Adaptive DMG
✧ Second Priority/Optional Core
Discipline (Core 1) is the second best option to get for the Ultimate Style, while it is an Optional Core for the Weapon + Charged Style.
She works very well with this core because she can maintain the maximum amount of Stacks without ever losing them thanks to her Exclusive Signets, which let her use QTE frequently.
However for the Weapon + Charged Style Helix is a stronger option that's why it is only ranked as an Optional Core here.
Normal Signets Ultimate Style:
Ultimate > QTE (No Stacks lost) > SP > Others
Enhanced(I):
Ultimate Ele Breach
Normal Signets Weapon + Charged Style:
Basic ATK > QTE (No Stacks lost) > SP > Others
Enhanced(I):
Basic ATK Ele Breach
I tested Basic ATK buff and it also workes for Charged ATK's
✧ Optional Core
Vicissitude (Core 2) is a versatile set which can used on almost any Valkyrie to great effect.
This is also true for Kira.
The 20 stacks buff is always a great addition, while not being necessary.
Normal Signets:
Ele Breach > Ele DMG/TDM
Enhanced(II):
+20 stacks
✧ Single Pieces
Stars can be used for the respective style.
Ultimate Style -> Ultimate Buff (Yellow)
Weapon + Charged -> Weapon Buff (Red)
+
other DMG Buffs
Reverie as always can be chosen as single pieces for almost any Valkyrie.
Core 1 could be used as well if some time is still left and all other Cores are done.
DMG Buffs > Coin Drops
Ultimate Style Only
✧ Third Priority Core
Deliverance (Core 1) is only usable with this Style because the other one does not use Ultimate.
This Signet should be chosen after completing the Decimation and Discipline Cores!
When having enough SP the Ultimate can be casted very fast and the Buffs are active during the most important times.
I would recommend to get the Signet % increase as an Enhanced Buff and also try to upgrade it if possible.
The other Enhanced Buffs are not necessary and just an extra.
Normal Signets:
Ele Breach > DMG/TDM > SP
Enhanced(I):
Signet increase > Others
✧ Optional Cores
Gold (Core 2) can not be forgotten when playing an Ultimate oriented build, especially if it can be casted decently fast, which is the case with Kira.
Although she has a gap between each Ultimate cast, it is still fast enough to not lose the Buff from the Core.
This Signet requires the Core to unleash its full potential!
Normal Signets:
DMG Buffs
Enhanced(II):
Enemy Ele Resist reduce > Adaptive DMG
Weapon + Charged Style Only
✧ Second Priority Core
Helix (Core 2) is tailor-made for this style because Weapon active is casted every few seconds, she uses Charged ATK right after and is a ranged Valkyrie.
Kira can basically use almost every normal Signet to great success.
I highly recommend to get at least 1 or 2 Enhanced Buffs as they are very strong and easily triggered.
Normal Signets:
TDM taken by enemies > Valk TDM > Charged/Ranged TDM > Weapon TDM
Enhanced(I):
Ele Breach > TDM taken by enemies > Adaptive DMG
✧ Single Pieces
Gold complements this style very well with the single pieces, as the max SP amount can be reached quite quickly.
Normal Signets:
DMG Buffs > Max SP
★ GAMEPLAY ★
★ BOSSES ★
These infos are important for both styles.
✦ First Boss: Houdou
The first Boss has been changed and is now Houdou.
As usual it has two phases with an explosion that indicates the start of phase 2.
However this Boss is for sure no problem for Kira because she can freeze it easily and has a type advantage.
✦ Second Boss: Heimdall
Heimdall is always accompanied by an extra enemy and in v6.7 it'll be the BIO-type enemy.
If hit by a certain amount of ATK's, Heimdall will enter Overdrive mode during which its ATK speed is higher and deals more DMG.
During my runs I used BKE as a support for safety but realized that it is not entirely necessary.
The DMG is so high that it shouldn't be an issue.
However there won't be any loss if deciding to pick BKE.
✦ Third Boss: Dark Jixuanyuan
The new optional Boss during v6.7 will be Dark Jixuanyuan and thus will replace Houdou.
This Boss will change type if knocked from the horse.
On horseback -> PSY-type
Without horse -> BIO-type
She has a shields which if depleted, will knock her off the horse.
The same effect will happen if she is frozen.
[Sugary Starburst] can trigger freeze quite easily in both styles and has a type advantage once she is knocked down.
The only annoying part about this fight is when the Boss decides to teleport around and your attacks miss 
✦ Flame-Chaser: Mobius
During my runs I chose Mobius as the last Boss because Aponia wasn't available and Kalpas wasn't either.
But these other 2 should be managable as well.
Vill-V is another easy Boss to choose.
Kira has amazing crowd control and thus no problem in beating the small puppets in time.
With the Ultimate Stlye you can even snipe them individually with the Ultimate shots 
★ EPILOGUE ★
[Sugary Starburst] will be one of the best Valks to use in Elysian Realm during v6.7 since the buffs and Bosses are tailor-made for her.
She is also very fun to use in my opionion 
Another great Valkyrie for this upcoming patch will be Herrscher of Reason as she also has charged ATK and shares the exact same typing as Kira.
