Will spawn after completing the Time Trial Challenge ('Collect 8 Electro Particles within 40s').

Will unlock after defeating 3 Ruin Sentinels.

1. Defeat 3 Bolteater Bathysmal Vishaps to remove the barrier.

2. Follow the Seelie to its Statue to spawn the chest.
