Hi Captains! Today, I will be introducing [Yesterday's Longing Set] Cecilia: Youth, a new stigmata set to be introduced alongside the release of the [Sugary Starburst] Shigure Kira in v6.7. This is Shigure Kira's signature stigmata set and it offers the team increased Ice DMG, TDM, elemental DMG, TDM & elemental DMG Vulnerability.

» Cecilia: Youth (T) «

Morning Dew

Increases Ice DMG by 30%. When the Dance with Me effect from the bottom piece of the set is activated and the max HP of the host is greater than or equal to 2000/6000, team Total DMG increases by 12.0%/15.0%. Every 500 max HP over 6000 max HP further increases team Total DMG by 2%, up to 10% (exclusive).

Gentle Breeze

Increases Total DMG by 20.0%. Charged ATK or Ultimate deals an additional 200.0% ATK of Ice DMG on hit (CD: 5s). Weapon active further deals 30.0% more Total DMG. Every 500 max HP over 6000 max HP extends Dance With Me's effect by 0.5s for a maximum of 2.5s (exclusive).

Youthful Years

Increases Ice DMG by 25%. Casting weapon active will send the whole team into Dance with Me state for 10s (exclusive). If the max HP of the host is greater than or equal to a 2000/6000, all team members deal more 20.0%/25.0% Elemental DMG. Every 500 max HP over 6000 max HP further increases team Total DMG by 2%, up to 10%.

Sugary Starburst equip bonus: Casting QTE and Ultimate also triggers this effect.

Momentary Luster (2-pc)

▸ Increases Total DMG by 20.0%.

▸ Within 12s of entering battle, the total Elemental DMG received by all enemies on the field increases by 15.0% (exclusive).

Meaningful Hope (3-pc)

▸ QTE and weapon active increase Ice DMG by 30.0%.

▸ Dealing DMG with Ultimate triggers Dance with Me state and increases Ice DMG by an additional 35.0%.

▸ Within 12s of entering battle, the Total DMG received by all enemies on the field increases by 6.0%.

▸ Triggering it again resets the duration (exclusive).

▸ Every 500 max HP over 6000 max HP further increases team Total DMG by 2.5%, up to 12.5%.

▸ Sugary Starburst equip bonus: T, M, B, and 3-piece set bonuses will be maxed out.

Note:

▸ All tests end at 41s and are done 3 times where the highest DMG is taken for the charts. Some may not be consistent but they don't stray that far away from their average DMG.

▸ The enemy doesn't receive a type counter DMG or resistance in the beta.

▸ Since our accounts are used as base for beta, I wasn't able to test a combination of Turgenev TM.

Signature Set: Cecilia TMB

Alternative Economic:

▸ Non-Cecilia stigmata: Bastet TM Newt B, Bastet TM Turg B

▸ 2-pc Cecilia Stigmata: Cecilia TB Mei M, Cecilia TB Bastet M, Cecilia TM Newt B

Alternative F2P Set: JST TM Newt B, Glut T Mei M Newt B

Beginner: Rasputin TMB, Scott TMB, Amundsen TMB

▸ Cecilia TMB greatly surpasses every tested stigmata set.

▸ If you have a Cecilia stigmata: Cecilia TB Mei M, Cecilia TB Bastet M, and Cecilia TM Newt B are the top 3 which pretty much needs the T-pc.

▸ For Beginners, Rasputin TMB is your best bet since it can easily be forged.

▸ If you're a bit competitive as an F2P, you can hang on with JST TM Newt B or Glut T Mei M Newt B.

✮ Full Set Stigmata ✮

▸ Kira is an Ice DMG dealer but for most teams, she'd most be more used as an Ice Support so in terms of stigmata, it's better to rely on combinations as other full sets had shown terrible performance. Pardo's full set, Bastet TMB, has about ~28% difference... and that's really bad, ranking at 12th overall.

▸ Willows TMB is a Ice DPS set so using it on Kira who would be used as a support would not be much of a help. It still does do better than the rest of full sets that have barely any difference from each other.

✮ 2-pc Cecilia Stigmata ✮

▸ Cecilia TB Mei M is the best 2-pc Cecilia stigmata and 3rd best overall in the testing with ~20% difference. If you lack the M piece, it's also easier to have Mei M rather than Bastet (unless you've pulled it) since it can be taken from the Exchange House.

▸ Any other Cecilia combinations after TB, just performs bad since B primarily is an important piece.

✮ Non-Cecilia Stigmata ✮

▸ Bastet TM Newt B is the best non-Cecilia stigmata set and 2nd best overall from all tested sets though with ~19% difference.

▸ The F2P options, JST TM Newt B and Glut T Mei M Newt B are on the bottom, the former being 9th and the latter being 13th overall. It's not much but hey it works.

✦ Final Notes ✦

▸ Yesterday's Longing is a new stigma set that will appear in v6.7. Being tailor-made for Sugary Starburst, it provides her with an additional equip bonus as well as increases the efficiency of casting her skills while providing extra Ice DMG and TDM.

▸ Is it worth pulling Cecilia set? Yes! It has actually pretty good skills that can buff up an Ice Support. It honestly works better than Pardo's full set too.

▸ Should you pull for Cecilia set? Yes and no. Although, if you're not planning on getting a full set, a full set Pardo is still better. One piece alone does not work that much so you'd at least need two pieces especially the B for it to work.

▸ What's the 2-pc stigmata priority? TB > TM > MB. B is the most important piece as T and M pieces have skills that need a condition that can be triggered by B piece.
