ARTIFACTS
Artifact Sets
- 4pc Pale Flame is typically preferred as the set was made for Eula
- You can also opt for 2pc Pale Flame / 2pc Bloodstained Chivalry (both have 2pc +25% Physical DMG Bonus)
- Or you can opt for an ATK % Set rather than another Physical DMG Bonus set
- If you're really struggling on the Energy department (getting Burst back up despite having batteries & building ER on Eula), you can possibly run 2pc Emblem to help reach the ER temporarily while you continue farming better pieces
Main Stat & Substats
- Eula's artifact main stats are relatively straightforward as they are similar to other DPS'
- Mainly want to build ER so Eula can Burst comfortably
- After which CRIT and ATK % substats would be nice to have!
WEAPON OPTIONS
- Wolf's Gravestone - Really great offensive option with an ATK % substat and a Passive that can further increase Eula's ATK
- Serpent Spine - Battle Pass Weapon with CRIT Rate substat and a Passive that increases DMG
- Skyward Pride - ER substat appreciated if you aren't able to build enough through Artifacts. Passive is decent as well
- Luxurious Sea-Lord - Limited-Time Event Weapon - ATK % substat and a Passive that increases Burst DMG
- Snow-Tombed Starsilver - Craftable F2P option that grants Physical DMG Bonus substat, but it's passive isn't the greatest.
TEAM COMPS
Generally want at least 1 Electro and 1 Cryo character. Last slot can be Flex or another Electro/Cryo character!
- Off-field Electro application: Fischl, Raiden Shogun, Kuki Shinobu, Beidou, Lisa, Yae Miko
- Cryo Battery: Mika, Diona, Rosaria, Layla, Kaeya, Shenhe
- Flex: Zhongli, Bennett, Yelan
Notes:
- Weapon options in my budget guides exclude weapons that are only obtainable from the weapon banner.
- This makes the Budget Guide friendlier to newer players, F2Ps, and low spenders.
- Materials for ascending the character to level 80/90 (for additional CRIT DMG) & talent levels 8 / 8 / 8
- In terms of purple XP books alone, you'd be saving 172 XP books (419 to 90/90 compared to 247 to 80/80). That's enough XP books to level up a different character to level 70! This aspect of the Budget Guides is friendly to players who may have less resources.
- It also potentially frees up resin that may be spent on leylines to farm artifacts instead
