Razor is a 4-Star Claymore character who has mainly been a Physical DMG dealer, but with the release of Dendro, Aggravate teams are now open to him as well

Artifact Sets
- For Physical Razor, 4pc Pale Flame is likely his best option.
- You can also go with 2pc +25% Physical DMG Sets (Pale Flame / Bloodstained Chivalry) and/or 2pc +18% ATK Sets
- In Aggravate teams, Razor will focus more on his Electro DMG, so sets like 4pc Thundering Fury, 4pc Thundersoother, and 4pc Gilded Dreams are viable!
Main Stat & Substats
- Physical or ATK Goblets can work for Physical Razor
- Electro DMG Goblet preferred in Aggravate teams
WEAPON OPTIONS
- Offensive Weapon Options:
- Wolf's Gravestone - ATK % Substat, but is a 5-Star Weapon
- Serpent Spine - CRIT Rate substat and a Passive that increases DMG, but locked behind the Battle Pass
- Skyward Pride - ER weapon option with a nice Passive.
- Prototype Archaic - Craftable option with ATK % Substat
- Other Weapons that don't suit Physical Razor but can work for Aggravate Razor: both EM Weapon Options
- Rainslasher - 3-Star Option with a Passive that works great in Aggravate teams
- Mailed Flower - Limited-time Event Weapon, that also has a nice Passive ability
TEAM COMPS
- Physical - Cryo / Flex / Flex
- Cryo Options: Diona, Layla, Rosaria, Kaeya, Mika (recommended in Physical teams)
- Flex options:
- Another Electro character: Fischl, Kuki Shinobu, Beidou, Yae Miko, Dori
- Can also choose a second Cryo character!
- Geo: Zhongli and either Yunjin or Albedo (for Resonance and Zhongli's shield)
- Hydro: Can also pair Xingqiu and Yelan as sub-DPS
- Aggravate - Dendro / Electro / Flex
- Dendro: Nahida, Dendro Traveler, Collei, Yaoyao, Baizhu, Kirara
- Anemo: Kazuha, Sucrose, Jean, Heizou, Sayu
Notes:
- Weapon options in my budget guides exclude weapons that are only obtainable from the weapon banner.
- This makes the Budget Guide friendlier to newer players, F2Ps, and low spenders.
- Materials for ascending the character to level 80/90 (for additional Physical DMG) & talent levels 8 / 8 / 8
- In terms of purple XP books alone, you'd be saving 172 XP books (419 to 90/90 compared to 247 to 80/80). That's enough XP books to level up a different character to level 70! This aspect of the Budget Guides is friendly to players who may have less resources.
- It also potentially frees up resin that may be spent on leylines to farm artifacts instead
