Project Bunny is a new ELF supporting Physical teams.
She releases in 6.8 together with Herrscher of Rebirth and was made to powercreep Blade Durandal.
Hear me out... if we get a new Bronya physical DPS in future we will have a Bronseele team with Project Bunny ELF.

Only way to obtain her is by ELF gacha.
Each pull costs 150 crystals
You're guaranteed to get Project Bunny at least once within 100 pulls
And you're guaranteed to get at least one Project Bunny ELF or Project Bunny fragments every 10 pulls.
Currently there is no other way to obtain her.

Project Bunny deals Physical DMG and has gather abilities.
When the team leader is a Physical Valkyrie, the ELF deals 30% more Physical DMG.
In battle, she restores 1,6 SP every second.
She has 60 (2*) / 100 (3*) initial SP.
The team deals 1,5% more Physical DMG for every Physical Valkyrie on the team (3*)

Project Bunny attacks enemies every 3,3s.
ATK 1: Deal 1200% ATK of Physical DMG
ATK 2: Deal 300% x 4 ATK of Physical DMG
*ELF randomly attacks with those attacks, not in order

When any Valkyrie deals DMG with her QTE or weapon active, Project Bunny's Joint ATK is triggered; CD: 8s
Deal 100% x 16 ATK of Physical DMG + 30% x Physical Valkyries on team
restore 8 SP; Apply All Out to the team for 23s
All Out effect
✧ Deal 5,5% more Physical DMG
✧ Deal 6% more Total DMG (3*)
✧ ELF's Ultimate has 100% Crit Rate (3*)
✧ ELF gains 30% Crit DMG (3*)
✧ ELF's Ultimate deals 40% more Total DMG (4*)

Deal 3500% ATK of Physical DMG
Blocks the next incoming ATK which triggers a 0,3s hit immunity; reduce switch CD by 8s

Ultimate increases Physical DMG taken by enemies hit by 12% for 20s

These tests were done with a fully geared team and count 2 rotations.
Conclusion
2 star Project Bunny definitely works already.
3 star Project Bunny is a nice buff, not that big but it's there. The ELF Ultimate CD is a nice buff as well.
The 4 star is a little buff, but... really for big whales only

They do not reflect the ELF's Ultimate CD or Utility.
Conclusion
As expected, Project Bunny outdoes other ELFs by a bit.
At 2 stars the difference between 3 star DuDu and her is pretty small, but 2 Star Project Bunny could do better than 3 Star DuDu with a second Ultimate.
Her Physical vulnerability buff lasts for 20s, which is a huge benefit for Project Bunny.

Should you spend your crystals on Project Bunny?
Obviously, you have to keep Bronseele together in some way at least
*ahem* so...
She generally only is the last step to go to perfect your physical teams.
S2 Herrscher of Reason overall is a higher score increase, especially if you already have a physical ELF.
However, in case you want a physical ELF, getting Project Bunny is the way!
