The Gracefully Alive set is an gacha-only Stigmata set for now.
In 6.8 it'll have its first supply:
You're guaranteed to get one gear piece (includes Stigmata and weapon) every 50 pulls,
meaning you're guaranteed to get the full Stigmata set within 200 pulls.
On the global servers, this banner releases on August 3rd and end on September 1st.

Upon entering or applying Life's Pistil state, the team mates gain an enhancement. When the next teammate enters, consume this enhancement to reset the duration of Life's Pistil state.
NOTE:
In Soul Shaper (support) form, HoRb can trigger a global Time Fracture with her Evasion, Joint Combo, and Joint Weapon Skill during Ultimate.
In Life Binder (DPS) form, HoRb can trigger a global Time Fracture with her QTE and Joint Weapon Skill.

Okay, 1. Her stigs are basically trash on anyone else.
2. HoRb cannot properly use many alternatives
However, let's start.

NOTES:
Beethoven does not work with non-melee Valkyries.
Beethoven (M) and Paganini (M), as well as Tesla Band (T) and Susannah: Overtime (T) have the same effects for the team which is why I put them together if not used with the set.
✧ Support Seele - Bleed version ✧
Susannah can't crit.
Due to that the Stigmata collection changes a lot due to Crit Rate and Crit DMG not having any impact anymore.
✧ DPS Seele ✧
NOTES:
Elysia (M) can be replaced with any 30% Physical DMG Stigmata
In this rotation I couldn't trigger effects that need the player to be hit by enemies, evade enemies, and so on. Expect Stigmata like this to do better in actual runs.

Support HoRb
You can see how the B-Stigma and the 2-piece set increase HoRb's support by a lot.
In case you don't own the T- or B-piece, Shattered Swords is stronger than using the signature Stigmata you have.
Also you can see how many alternatives don't work properly.
I'll go into more details about that in the [Alternative Stigmata] section.

Bleed Support HoRb
An Aladdin dupe obviously increases your overall DMG by a lot.
Holmes is weaker on HoRb compared to it on HoS, which increases the need to get another Aladdin.
Her signature set however, is almost useless because the reason for it being that good are the crit stats, which do not benefit Susannah.
DPS HoRb
Once again you can see how good the B-piece and 2-piece set are
SirinA is a really good alternative, and Bianka: Theatre and Alexandra can be used as well.
Overall
The B-piece with either the T- or M-Stigma is what you want first.
Without the B-piece, the set is basically useless.
Especially as non-bleed support it'll be hard to replace if you don't have Shattered Swords.
Besides for that, you can see a nice difference between it and alternatives and it overall shows to be a strong set.

*Bronya does not work without her signature weapon
- Why that many alternatives don't work -
There are multiple reasons for that, so I'll take one example for each reason
1. Isaac Newton (B):
Stigmata that provide short buff duration upon hitting an enemy cannot buff properly because, unlike Herrscher of Sentience, Herrscher of Rebirth does not attack off field for more than 2s.
2. MEI
It asks you to hit enemies with an Ultimate in order to gain buffs. However, Herrscher of Reason doesn't hit any enemies with her Ultimate, as it is support-only.
3. Shuijing
Shuijing asks you to hit enemies with an QTE. And again, Herrscher of Rebirth does not deal DMG with her QTE, it automatically connects to her Combo ATK which is the only ATK to deal DMG.
4. Fu Hua: Margrave
Fu Hua: Margrave needs you to spend SP. Seele only spends SP every two rotations, and she uses two rotations changing the ATKs she uses each rotation.
In rotation 1, she uses an Ultimate and a weapon active
In rotation 2, she uses a Combo ATK
And there aren't many Stigmata that can be activated with both, most Stigmata can only be activated in one of both rotations.
5. Bronya Zaychik
Bronya Zaychik activated upon a weapon active. When not using HoRb's signature weapon her Joint Weapon Skill does not count as weapon active, while you do not use her normal weapon active as support.
And considering it needs a Combo ATK to be enhanced, it also has the problem of Margrave.

Can go for full SP affixes
S0, Sig weapon: 2-3 SP affixes, other slots ATK or Crit DMG
S2: Full ATK and Crit DMG
For DPS you wanna go for full ATK/Crit DMG in any case
However, I recommend you to focus on the Support build if you do not have a dupe.

Is the Stigmata set worth your crystals?
It definitely is.
Especially the TB-set is insanely good.
If you have Shattered Swords, it can be a good alternative, but if you don't I highly recommend you to get it!
...if you have SSwords I still recommend you to get Seele's set though
