Next, we went with L&L to their house. We met Ferminet there. By the way, why does Lyney use "Father" in quotation marks? Is he not their real father? Who are they? They might not even be a family.
Ferminet told something in secret to Lyney. That might be important later.
Suddenly, it started raining. It seems to be related to information about the trial at the opera.
Ferminet told us that he believes rain is Hydro Dragon tears, as he used to live in Fontaine, but not anymore.
Apparently, the rain lasted longer than usual. After the rain stopped, L&L went to the opera, and we took Ferminet's material and brought it to the workshop.
At the workshop, we were introduced to the Indemnitium - energy from trials. Oratrice basically harvests people's belief in justice and converts it into Fontaine's energy. I feel there's something fishy here. I think that's not exactly how it works, or there is something hidden from us. She also told us about the existence of Pneumousia energy.
Suddenly, workers came in demanding a debt payment. But it was interrupted by... CHILDE?! Here? Now? When he saw us, he immediately ignored the debtors and started talking with the Traveler.
The debtors started acting aggressively, so Childe reacted in self-defense. We had to be witnesses. I feel that's important. You need to have witnesses to prove your innocence.
After the fight, Childe felt something weird, like he lost control over the power of Hydro. He then stopped relying on the power of Vision and started relying on the power of Delusion.
Childe also told us a little about his past. He fell into the unknown abyss when he was 14, and Skirk taught him all his combat abilities. He also mentioned that he awakened "it" and that remains with him. That "it" might be the whale he saw in a dream.
Next, he mentioned that criminals can regain their honor by requesting a duel with a Champion Duelist. There is also the Death Penalty in Fontaine, but no one has officially been sentenced to it.
Wait! Childe tossed us his Vision! Where's his Delusion then?
Anyway, we went to the Opera. There were a lot of people around the fountain. Suddenly, we heard a voice, 'Vacher...'. Who was that? Let's just blindly assume that this might be the voice of the previous Hydro Archon. *a while later* Alright, I've checked... Vacher is something like a cowherd. That makes things more confusing. Lynette showed up and explained that others in her family have heard voices too. It's because of hypersensitivity to the Hydro element. And tears, the most intense emotions. Is that why the Hydro Archon is going to cry in the end?
We entered the Opera and met Lyney there, who had bought us front row tickets. We took our seats, and we started an awkward conversation with the person next to us. He turned out to be Chef Justice. He's pretty humble. But Furina... not so much.
The show started. And... I thought that Lynette's disappearance was related to the previous disappearance mentioned by Charlotte. Looks like the scene from the trailer was really just a magic show, not a crime scene. They really built up the atmosphere. Anyway, the magic show was stunning. Aaaaand... I can feel that the magic trick could be a reference to "Now You See Me" movie.
Anyway, I want to mention that Lynette has an interesting manner of speech, like a... robot or something? And here's my quick theory: what if there is more than one Lynette? What if the Lynette that disappeared is not the same Lynette that appeared at the end?
Next trick - place swap. Lyney managed to swap places and show up in the other box but... The box on the stage was crushed by the water tank, and it seems that the assistant got crushed too... WHAT JUST HAPPENED?!
Chef Justice ordered to seal the exits to investigate the potential crime scene.
After a while, Cowell, Lyney's assistant, was pronounced dead. The line that held the water tank got ignited by the fireworks. That feels like Danganronpa Deadly Life!
There was Cowell in the box, not the guest from the audience. A girl is missing, so THAT IS THE MISSING GIRLS INCIDENT!
Does Furina really know the truth? Is she... like a Monokuma? Or does she just have her assumptions?
Furina accused Lyney of the young woman's disappearance. It's so irresponsible to accuse someone like that and do it as an authority. People just blindly believe it. And there is a thing: If she really know the truth, more people beliving in it might create more Indemnitium energy. But if she's not, that could lead us to energy crysis, cuz there is not that much energy as it could be.
The trial has been set for a day from now. Both sides are able to investigate the crime scene to gather evidence. I can almost hear "A body has been discovered" announcement.
There is a mystery to solve. Where did the random girl go, and why was Cowell in the box? The theory is: somebody tampered with the magic show. As I took a screenshot of the magic show, it is clearly visible that flames at the middle are the highest. That might be an important clue.
Oh, yeah... where did Lynette go during the performance? That's suspicious, but based on crime cases, she should now be our prime suspect. But I have to discard that idea immediately. That's an obvious mislead.
The case record thing is just like a Monokuma Pad. It is now the Deadly Life part.
After a while, I've come up with some thoughts: it was visible that Cowell left before the crash, so how is it possible that he actually got crushed? I think there is only one explanation: they were dressing up. There are more people, but most of them are dressing the same, wearing wigs and covering their faces. That's the easiest way to create a false assumption that there is only one person, when in reality there is more than one. The same goes for Lyney and Lynette; there must be 'more of them'. I'm now thinking that the Lyney we saw before the performance wasn't the real Lyney. The real Lyney was in the audience Box. Orrrr... What if that girl from the audience was the real Lyney? So many theories... The only thing I'm sure of is that they are dressing up.
