Overview : Utility, Abilities, Rotation

Character mechanics

Dominating Roar

• "Domination Roar" works with Dan Heng IL's Skill the moment you use his enhanced Basic ATK, each hit gives 1 stack up to 4 stacks to full bonus :
• Lvl 2 Basic ATK deliver 5 hits, that mean 4th and 5th hits have full buff.
• Lvl 3 Basic ATK deliver 7 hits, that mean 4th to 7th hits have full buff.

Righteous Heart

• "Righteous Heart" is gain after each hit unleashed, up to 6 stacks (up to 10 if E1), but disapear at the end of Dan Heng IL's turn :
• Lvl 1 Basic ATK deliver 3 hits => 3 stacks.
• Lvl 2 Basic ATK deliver 5 hits => 6 stacks.
• Lvl 3 Basic ATK deliver 7 hits => 7 stacks, 7th hit fully boost.

• Note that "Righteous Heart" and "Dominating Roar" are both fully stack at the 7th hit the Lvl 3 Basic ATK.

Details :

• Basic ATK Lvl 1 :
• 1st hit unleashed => DR 1 stack, RH 1 stack => 6~13,2% CRIT DMG + 5~11% DMG
• 2nd hit unleashed => DR 2 stacks, RH 2 stacks => 12~26,4% CRIT DMG + 10~22% DMG
• 3rd hit unleashed => DR 3 stacks, RH 3 stacks => 18~39,6% CRIT DMG + 15~33% DMG

• Basic ATK Lvl 2 :
• 1st to 3rd hit unleashed => Same
• 4th hit unleashed => DR 4 stacks, RH 4 stacks => 24~52,8% CRIT DMG + 20~44% DMG
• 5th hit unleashed => DR 4 stacks, RH 5 stacks => 24~52,8% CRIT DMG + 25~55% DMG

• Basic ATK Lvl 3 :
• 1st to 5th hit unleashed => Same
• 6th hit unleashed => DR 4 stacks, RH 6 stacks => 24~52,8% CRIT DMG + 30~66% DMG
• 7th hit unleashed => DR 4 stacks, RH 7 stacks(if E1) => 24~52,8% CRIT DMG + 35~77% DMG(if E1)

Squama Sacrosancta

• Basically, it's Dan Heng IL's special Skill Point, up to 3 stacks.
• 1 Stack ith technique (at the beginning of the battle).
• 2 Stacks with Ultimate.
• 3 Stacks with Eidolon 2 when you use Ultimate.

Technique

Heaven-Quelling Prismadrakon :

After using his Technique, Dan Heng • Imbibitor Lunae enters the Leaping Dragon state for 20 seconds.

While in the Leaping Dragon state, using his attack enables him to move forward rapidly for a set distance, attacking all enemies he touches and blocking all incoming attacks

After entering combat via attacking enemies in the Leaping Dragon state, Dan Heng • Imbibitor Lunae deals Imaginary DMG equal to 120% of his ATK to all enemies, and gains 1 Squama Sacrosancta.

• Starting with his "Technique" if he's your main DPS is always a good idea.
• If you get 5 SP, generating 1 "Squama Sacrosancta" is equal to 6 SP. Because Dan Heng IL needs a lot of SP, generating "Squama Sacrosancta" is mendatory.

Basic ATK

Beneficent Lotus :

Uses a 2-hit attack and deals Imaginary DMG equal to 50–110% of Dan Heng • Imbibitor Lunae's ATK to a single enemy target.

• Nothing to say here, usual Basic ATK

Enhanced Basic ATK 1

Transcendence :

Uses a 3-hit attack and deals Imaginary DMG equal to 130%–286% of Dan Heng • Imbibitor Lunae's ATK to a single enemy target.

• After using Skill one time, Dan Heng IL's Basic ATK is enhanced and deals a lot more DMG to single target.
• I recommand to break enemies with "Transcendence" Basic ATK to save as much SP as possible to burst after.

Enhanced Basic ATK 2

Divine Spear :

Uses a 5-hit attack and deals Imaginary DMG equal to 190%—418% of Dan Heng • Imbibitor Lunae's ATK to a single enemy target.

From the fourth hit onward, simultaneously deals Imaginary DMG equal to 30%—66% of Dan Heng • Imbibitor Lunae's ATK to adjacent targets.

• After using Skill two times, Dan Heng IL's Basic ATK is enhanced and deals a lot more DMG to single target plus 2 hits to adjacent targets.
• If there's one or two targets with Imaginary weakness adjacent to the enemy you want to focus, you can try to break them with "Divine Spear", especially if you have "Squama Sacrosancta" stacks or positive SP characters in your party.

Enhanced Basic ATK 3

Fulgurant Leap :

Uses a 7-hit attack and deals Imaginary DMG equal to 250%–550% of Dan Heng • Imbibitor Lunae's ATK to a single enemy target.

From the fourth hit onward, simultaneously deal Imaginary DMG equal to 90%–198% of Dan Heng • Imbibitor Lunae's ATK to adjacent targets.

• After using Skill three times, Dan Heng IL's Basic ATK is enhanced and deals a lot more DMG to single target plus 4 hits to adjacent targets.
• If there's one or two targets with Imaginary weakness adjacent to the enemy you want to focus, you can try to break them with Fulgurant Leap, especially if you have "Squama Sacrosancta" stacks or positive SP characters in your party.
• With the proper team, you can use it every turn.
• Fulgurant Leap is your main source of DMG, when you need to burst an enemy, use it without consideration !

Skill

Dracore Libre :

Enhances Basic ATK.

Enhancements may be applied up to 3 times consecutively.

Using this ability does not consume Skill Points and is not considered as using a Skill.

Enhanced once, Beneficent Lotus becomes Transcendence.

Enhanced twice, Beneficent Lotus becomes Divine Spear.

Enhanced thrice, Beneficent Lotus becomes Fulgurant Leap.

When using Divine Spear or Fulgurant Leap, starting from the fourth hit, 1 stack of "Dominating Roar" is gained before every hit.

Each stack of "Dominating Roar" increases Dan Heng • Imbibitor Lunae's CRIT DMG by 6%–13.2%, for a max of 4 stacks.

These stacks last until the end of his turn.

• If you have "Squama Sacrosancta" stacks or positive SP characters in your party, don't hesitate to use "Divine Spear" to maximize your DMG by stacking "Dominating Roar".
• "Dominating Roar" increases CRIT DMG so keep that in mind and use Dan Heng IL's Ultimate to follow up his own turn to maximize his DMG.

• Lvl 0 Basic ATK - Restore 20 Energy - 30 Weakness Break.
• Lvl 1 Basic ATK - Restore 30 Energy - 60 Weakness Break.
• Lvl 2 Basic ATK - Restore 35 Energy - 90 Weakness Break on main target and 30 Weakness Break on adjacent targets.
• Lvl 3 Basic ATK - Restore 40 Energy - 120 Weakness Break on main target and 60 Weakness Break on adjacent targets.

Ultimate

Azure's Aqua Ablutes All :

Uses a 3-hit attack and deals Imaginary DMG equal to 180%–324% of Dan Heng • Imbibitor Lunae's ATK to a single enemy target.

At the same time, deals Imaginary DMG equal to 84%–151.2% of Dan Heng • Imbibitor Lunae's ATK to adjacent targets.

Then, obtains 2 Squama Sacrosancta.

It's possible to hold up to 3 Squama Sacrosancta, which can be used to offset Dan Heng • Imbibitor Lunae's consumption of skill points.

Consuming Squama Sacrosancta is considered equivalent to consuming skill points.

• Cost : 140 energy
• Dan Heng'IL is really expensive but, without any Eidolon, light cone, boost or else, you can reach 140 energy with 3 Lvl 3 Basic ATK + 1 Lvl 0 Basic ATK.
• With his light cone signature, the proper team and the fact that you receive DMG you can pretend to use your Ultimate every 3 or 2 turns with the proper stuff / team / rotation.

Talent

Righteous Heart :

After each hit dealt during an attack, Dan Heng • Imbibitor Lunae gains 1 stack of Righteous Heart, increasing his DMG by 5%–11%.

This effect can stack up to 6 time(s), lasting until the end of his turn.

• With E1, "Righteous Heart" is stackable up to 10.

• Gain 1 extra stack from each hit.

• Details :
• After 1 hit : 2 stacks => + 10~22% DMG
• After 2 hits : 4 stacks => + 20~44% DMG
• After 3 hits : 6 stacks => + 40~66% DMG
• After 4 hits : 8 stacks => + 50~88% DMG
• After 5 hits : 10 stacks (max) => + 60~110% DMG (max)
• After 6 & 7 hits : same

Eidolon 2 || Imperium On Cloud Nine

• Increase Dan Heng IL's Ultimate utility
• Gain one more Squama Sacrosancta (2)
• Advence Dan Heng IL's action, allowing him to play again and use at least Lvl 2 Basic ATK

Eidolon 4 || Zephyr's Bliss

• Increase Dan heng IL potential DMG
• It's a good Eidolon, it allow you to play him easier, quite a quality life Eidolon

Eidolon 6 || Reign, Returned

• Obviously the best Eidolon, it increase his Imaginary RES PEN (stack up to 3 times) after any other ally uses their Ultimate allowing him to pierce through enemies defenses
• Increase Lvl 3 Basic ATK DMG by 20%, stack up to 3 times (60% max)

Light Cones

Brighter Than the Sun || 5 Stars Rarity

Dan Heng Il's Signature Light Cone

• It increases CRIT Rate by 18%
• gain 1 stack of "Dragon's Call" after the wearer uses their Basic ATK
• "Dragon's Call" lasting for 2 turns and may be stacked up to 2 times
• 1 stack gives +18% ATK and +6% Energy Regeneration Rate (+36 ATK max, +12% Energy Regeneration Rate max)
• Perfectly fit to Dan Heng IL who needs thoses stats

Stats to reach

SPD

120 SPD - If you use Ornament Space Sealing Station set.

134 SPD - To get an extra turn in the 1st, 4th, 7th, 10th turn.

SPD isn't a priority, espesially if you get Dan Heng IL's 2nd Eidolon !

ATK

Dan Heng IL is a Main DPS, that mean he needs DMG.

His kit is focus on CRIT RATE / DMG what scale on ATK obviously.

It's always important to get a great ATK stat.

Try to reach 2500 ~ 3000 ATK.

If you get his 2nd Eidolon, ATK main stat Boots are better than SPD main stat Boots

CRIT RATE / DMG

Aim for 70% CRIT RATE to trigger Rutilant Arena effect.

If you play with Yukong, you can easily reach 100% CRIT RATE.

Details:

With 4P Wastelander of Banditry Desert (+10% CRIT RATE) :

To reach 200% Base CRIT DMG stat you need 106% CRIT DMG relic stats.
