Lynette Build Guide
Note: To the newer players it will be harder to level up Lynette as you need her materials that is all the way in Fontaine. Due to this, she can be considered a late-game investment character.

Rapid Ritesword

Rapid Ritesword Normal
Performs up to 4 rapid strikes

Rapid Strike Charge Attack
Consumes a certain amount of Stamina to unleash 2 rapid sword strikes
Skill

Enigmatic Feint

Enigmatic Feint
Swiftly uses an Enigma Thrust and generates some Anemo Particles

Enigmatic Feint Hold
Makes Lynette enter a high-speed Pilfering Shadow state and applies a Shadowsign to a nearby opponent. When the high-speed state ends, an Enigmatic Thrust will be unleashed. If there is an opponent with the Shadowsign attached nearby, Lynette will appear in a flash before using Enigmatic Thrust.
Arkhe: Ousia
At specific intervals, Lynette will unleash a Surging Blade when she uses Eigmatic Thrust, dealing Ousia-aligned Anemo DMG
Note: Only 1 opponent can have Shadowsign assigned, should the opponent go too far from Lynette it will disappear.

Passive Talent 2

Props Positively Prepped
After the Bogglecat Box is summoned by Magic Trick Astonishing Shift performs Elemental Conversion, Lynette's Elemental Burst will deal 15% more damage. This effect will persist until the Bogglecat Box's duration ends.
Exploration Passive

Loci-Based Mnemonics
Shows the location of nearby Recovery Orbs on the minimap. The underwater Stamina and HP gained from touching Orbs will be increased by 25%. (Perfect for underwater exploration available in Fontaine)
Skill Kit Overview:
We can see that depending on what one wants to achieve with Lynette you could have her be the DPS or a Supporting character on the team. Since she could play either roles, you have more options and flexibility when it comes to her artifacts. Depending on what artifacts other members are using, you can use an artifact set that would enhance their effects or hers.
Constellations

A Cold Blade Like Shadow
When Enigmatic Feint's Enigma Thrust hits an opponent with Shadowsign, a vortex will be created at that opponent's position that will pull nearby opponents in.

Endless Mysteries
Whenever the Bogglecat Box summoned by Magic Trick: Astonishing Shift fires a Vivid Shot, it will fire an extra Vivid Shot.

Cognition Inverting Gaze
Increases the Level of Magic Trick: Astonishing Shift by 3.
The maximum upgrade level is 15.

Tacit Coordination
Increases Enigmatic Feint's charges by 1.

Obscuring Ambiguity
Increases the Level of Enigmatic Feint by 3.
The maximum upgrade level is 15.

Watchful Eye
When Lynette uses Enigmatic Feint's Enigma Thrust, she will gain an Anemo Infusion and a 20% Anemo DMG Bonus for 6s.
Note: Having her C6 really unlocks her DPS potential because of the Anemo Infusion (Think very much like Kazuha C6 but at a lower scale)
Artifacts
There are two ways that Lynette could be built due to her flexibility and passive talent of increasing everyone's ATK based on how many different elemental types are on the party. So Lynette can be either a Main DPS or a Support considering which artifacts and team members you place on the team!
Support

Viridescent Venerer
2 Piece: Anemo DMG Bonus +15%
4 Piece: Increases Swirl DMG by 60%. Decreases opponent's Elemental RES to the element infused in the Swirl by 40% for 10s.

Noblesse Oblige
2 Piece: Elemental Burst DMG +20%
4 Piece: Using an Elemental Burst increases all party members' ATK by 20% for 12s. This effect cannot stack.

Golden Troupe
2 Piece: Increases Elemental Skill DMG by 20%
4 Piece: Increases Elemental Skill DMG by 25%. Additionally, when not on the field, Elemental Skill DMG will be further increased by 25%. This effect will be cleared 2s after taking the field.
DPS

Desert Pavilion Chronicle
2 Piece: Anemo DMG Bonus +15%
4 Piece: When Charged Attacks hit opponents, the equipping character's Normal Attack SPD will increase by 10% while Normal, Charged, and Plunging Attack DMG will increase by 40% for 15s.

Gladiator's Finale
2 Piece: ATK +18%
4 Piece: If the wielder of this artifact set uses a Sword, Claymore, or Polearm, increases their Normal Attack DMG by 35%
Optional:

Pale Flame
2 Piece: Physical DMG is increased by 25%
4 Piece: When an Elemental Skill hits an opponent, ATK is increased by 9% for 7s. This effect stacks up to 2 times and can be triggered once every 0.3s. Once 2 stacks are reached, the 2-set effect is increased by 100%
Note: Keep in mind that the Pale Flame may not be the best set for her, but if you want to be on the field with Lynette the most, you could use this set due to the passive and her kit scaling.
Team Set Up
Since Lynette can be either a Main DPS or a Support here are two possible teams that you can use depending on the build!
Support Build
Xiangling, Benette, Xingqui
The classic Vaproize team with swirling and a little bit of healing.
Xiangling: Great Pyro application against enemies, and when Pyronado is around the active character, their Pyro Dmg is increased by 15% (C6 required)
Benette: Buffs those who stand in his Burst their Attack. Also heals enemies and if you are one of the few who activated his C6 he infuses the active character's weapon with Pyro.
Note: Benette's Buff only scales off his base attack which is done through leveling and giving him a high base attack weapon.
Xingqui: One of the best hydro applicators in the game. Xingqui rain swords are a great damage absorber and his burst allows you to apply hydro as frequently as you attack. Mix in Xiangling to the team and you have an amazing Vaporize situation.
Main DPS Build
Thoma, Xingqui, Kaeya
A melt swirl team where Lynette would be the one doing the swirling while the supporting characters are applying elements onto the enemies.
Thoma: Applies a great shield that scales off of his HP and can protect the Main DPS really well. Since his Pyro application is timed with the one attacking, doing reactions is easier.
Xingqui: One of the best hydro applicators in the game. Xingqui rain swords are a great damage absorber and his burst allows you to apply hydro as frequently as you attack. Mix in Xiangling to the team and you have an amazing Vaporize situation.
Kaeya: Has one of the highest normal attack scaling in the game, and his burst follows the active character and so helps with doing elemental reactions once again.
Gameplay Tips
Since this was a lot of information being given, here's a rotation that can be used!
Support Lynette Rotation
- Use Lynette's skill to taunt the enemies before using her burst
- One of the supporting or preferred elemental character can use their skill to have the preferred element be absorbed by the Bogglecat Box
- Go through the rotation you normally do against enemies while doing elemental reactions
- Repeat step 1 all over again
