Raging tides | Tartaglia fanart contest entry

I wanted to create a piece which would show my appreciation for Tartaglia and how he initially got me into the game. (I have been working on this non stop since the submissions opened because I was so eager to draw him and had to wait until it was announced) Ps: you can find the Timelapse on my Instagram for those who are curious!
