★ INTRODUCTION ★
With the v6.9 update, the new weapons [Dream Cutter] and its PRI-ARM [Dream Cutter: Polar Star]
will be added to the game.
In this guide, I will explain the weapons, compare them to other weapon options and talk about their usefulness on other Valkyries with similar use.
These weapons are the signature equipment of the newly added S-rank Battlesuit [Miracle ☆ Magic Girl].

★ HOW TO OBTAIN ★
◆ After the v6.9 update you can obtain the weapon [Dream Cutter] through Equipment Expansion Supply.
• Guarantees Weapon after 50 pulls
◆ [Dream Cutter: Polar Star] can be obtained through the Foundry, like all PRI-ARM's.
Once [Dream Cutter] is obtained, it or other lvl 50 chakrams can be used to craft the PRI-ARM.
★ ANALYSIS & SKILL DETAILS ★

GENERAL SELF BONUS:
◆ +20% Ignite DMG
◆ +20% Fire DMG for Ultimate and Burst Mode ATK's
◆ +1.5 SP for every Ignite stack on the target when Ultimate or Burst ATK's hit enemies, max 5 stacks, CD: 15s
(If hitting multiple enemies this will be calculated from the one with the highest number of stacks)
MIRACLE ☆ MAGIC GIRL BONUS:
◆ Number of Ignite stacks x 100% Fire DMG after casting Cut (Special Weapon Active)
◆ Number of Ignite stacks x 140% Fire DMG after casting Join (Special Weapon Active)
(Above mentioned DMG is considered as Ignite DMG)
◆ DMG calculated requires at least 1 Ignite stack and caps at 5, CD: 15s
◆ +3 stacks of Magical Girl Channel (increases Ignite stacks)
OTHER VALKYRIE BONUS:
◆ Number of Ignite stacks x 100% Fire DMG
(This DMG is considered as Ignite DMG)
The main Weapon Active appearance is always the same because chakram skills always depend on the respective wielder.

The base Weapon and PRI-ARM don't have any differences when it comes to the visual of the Weapon Active.

◆ +15% Fire Vulnerability when host on the field
◆ +18% Ignite DMG taken by enemies who have more than 1 Ignite stack

◆ Number of Ignite stacks x 140% Fire DMG after casting Cut (Special Weapon Active)
◆ Number of Ignite stacks x 170% Fire DMG after casting Join (Special Weapon Active)

◆ +3 stacks of Magical Girl Channel (increases Ignite stacks)
OTHER VALKYRIE BONUS:

★ WEAPON COMPARISON ★
Usable on other Valks?
Usable?
Yes on Chrono Navi
Good?
Absolutely not!
As of now we only have 2 Fire chakram user and one of the is a support, which is Chrono Navi.
However this weapon is mostly designed to increase Ignite DMG and thus is pretty useless for anyone else other than Sirin.
The best Alternative for Chrono Navi is still Purana Phantasma.
Test Runs
Note!
All following tests were done using the signature stigmata set of [Miracle ☆ Magic Girl], [Little Joys].
All other team members are using their signature equipment.

Is it worth to get this weapon?
It is a must have if you want to build Sirin!
During the first Equipment supply of her gear there will be a guarantee to obtain her weapon after just 50 pulls, I strongly recommend to take advantage of this offer.
Her Stigmata is craft able and Sirin herself is farmable as well.
The only key to her success will be the weapon.
It doesn't enable any special mechanics but it increases her Ignite DMG and increases the Ignite stacks on the enemy faster.
Which is crucial to her DMG output.
On top of that it provides SP recovery which could pose an issue during longer fights if not using her signature Weapon.
Take advantage of the offer and grab her weapon if you plan to build her
