Overview : Utility, Abilities, Rotation
An animator by trade, Welt is a seasoned member of the Astral Express Crew and the former sovereign of Anti-Entropy who has saved Earth from annihilation time and time again.
He inherited the name of the world, "Welt."

How to obtain
He hasn't been promoted or featured with a drop-rate boost in any Event Warps.
You can drop him in every warps.
Character mechanics
Welt is a quite simple character with 2 differents mechanics :
Slow
With his Skill and Ultimate, he can slow multiples targets allowing him to support the main DPS of the party.
Slow effect reduce the SPD by a certain %.
Imprisonment
Imaginary character can inflict a certain status called "Imprisonment".
When an enemy is affected by this, they will have their actions delayed and speed reduced.
Technique
Gravitational Imprisonment :
After using Welt's Technique, create a dimension that lasts for 15 second(s).
Enemies in this dimension have their Movement SPD reduced by 50%.
After entering battle with enemies in the dimension, there is a 100% base chance to Imprison the enemies for 1 turn.
Imprisoned enemies have their actions delayed by 20% and SPD reduced by 10%.
Only 1 dimension created by allies can exist at the same time.
- Very useful
- In the overworld, use it before any other technique to slow you enemy
- At the begining of the fight, if your main DPS's SPD is already high, there's a good chance of it to play 2 times before the enemies
Basic ATK
Gravity Suppression :
Deals Imaginary DMG equal to 50%–110% of Welt's ATK to a single enemy.
Skill
Edge of the Void :
Deals Imaginary DMG equal to 36%–79.2% of Welt's ATK to a single enemy and further deals DMG 2 extra times, with each time dealing Imaginary DMG equal to 36%–90% of Welt's ATK to a random enemy.
On hit, there is a 65%–77% base chance to reduce the enemy's SPD by 10% for 2 turn(s).
- Perfect to slow multiple targets
- If it remains only 1 target that is weak to Imaginary, then Welt's Skill is perfect to break.
- Keep in mind that you can cumulate slow debuff, if enemies are slow, their SPD won't reduce once again, it will only refresh the debuff.
Ultimate
Synthetic Black Hole :
Deals Imaginary DMG equal to 90%–162% of Welt's ATK to all enemies, with a 100% base chance for enemies hit by this ability to be Imprisoned for 1 turn.
Imprisoned enemies have their actions delayed by 32%–41.6% and SPD reduced by 10%.
- Perfect to slow and delay enemies
- Use it how often as possible but only if the enemies aren't imprisoned yet to maximize you party potential DPS
Talent
Time Distortion :
When hitting an enemy that is already Slowed, Welt deals Additional Imaginary DMG equal to 30%–66% of his ATK to the enemy.
- Quite easy to understand, when an enemy is slowed, you will deal additional DMG
- Proc on his Skill

- Perfect for Welt as a support or sub DPS, it will all him or any other party member to deal more DMG
- Before using your party burst, remind to use Welt's Ultimate before anything
Judgment

Using Ultimate additionally regenerates 10 Energy.
- You will regenerates 15 instead of 5 energy

Deals 20% more DMG to enemies inflicted with Weakness Break.
- Allow Welt to deal more DMG, not really usfull for Welt as a support but appreciate for him as a sub DPS

- Without a doubt his best Eidolon
- This Eidolon alone allow him to be a sub DPS in your favourite party
- To use this Eidolon, you have to use your Ultimate first and then, burst with your skill
Eidolon 2 || Conflux of Stars
- A quality of life Eidolon
- 3 Energy is quite weak but it works with his Skill and allow him to regenerates 39 energy instead of 30 energy
Eidolon 4 || Appellation of Justice
- Second best Eidolon
- With it, you don't need any Effect on Hit boost
Eidolon 6 || Prospect of Glory
- Third best Eidolon
- Instead to deal DMG 2 extra times, you will deal DMG 3 extra times and regenerate 40 Energy, plus his E2 52 Energy.
Light Cones
In the Name of the World || 5 Stars Rarity
Welt's Signature Light Cone
- Perfect to deal more DMG and play him as a Sub DPS easier
- Gives the EHR he needs to almost reach 100% even if the light cone is superimposition I

Relic & Ornament
I recommand to get a bit of Effect Hit Rate if you don't have his Signature Light Cone
