[FONTAINE ARCHON QUEST SPOILERS]
[<] [NEXT Quest>>] [Part 4] [Part 5]
9 days have passed, the time for investigating Childe's escape route has come.
We talked about our progress and observation, then we went to the Infirmary to meet Lynette before Freminet show up.
Unfortunately, we didn't find Lynette in the Infirmary. Looks like our plan started to fail. We looked for any clues where she might have been. The books didn't rise any suspicions, but the bed did. Lyney has his own suspicions. The hatch should have a mechanism to open, and now we went to look for it, but we found a piece of paper with a note that suggest that someone is playing with us. Lyney went into full panic mode. Lyney deducted that Wriothesley knew everything from the very beginning and intentionally let us do our investigation to strike in the most unexpected moment. Lyney has his own suspicions that Freminet were abducted as well.
Lyney blamed himself for those abductions and decided to go talk with Wrio.
NO WAY! SIGE WAS HERE ALL THE TIME?!
That's the dialogs we previously heard!
We run after Lyney to Wrio's Office. He started to scream to Wrio about Lynette and Freminet whereabouts, which Wrio refuted well. Lyney accused him of the disappearance of previous informants, so he and his siblings could fall right into his hands.
Wrio admitted he abducted Lynette, but Freminet is not with him. Lyney suspected he locked him outside in the sea.
Wrio also admitted that he was willing to play dumb until Lyney started focusing on Forbidden Zone.
Wrio wanted just one thing in exchange for Lyney's siblings - to have a cup of tea with the 'Father'.
Wrio at the beginning wanted to spear sibling, but Lyney was too tense. Then Traveler came in and Wrio decided to ask him three questions.
The first one is about the truth regarding the hidden rule related to working 3 days in a row.
We explained that Sige observes workers and can see who works 3 days in a row, then she prepares meat for that person to boost their energy, and the meat looks weird cuz Melusines has different sense of aesthetics.
The second one is about supporting both fighters in the same fight.
We explained that the package is Fonta Co. new trial product and since Duke told that only *di**s would buy Fonta with Coupons, they decided to give the new Fonta product to those who were *di**s already by supporting both boxers.
Third is... the secret regarding Sige and her patients in the infirmary. Unfortunately, we hadn't had enough data.
Lyney furious run in Wrio's direction with the intention of attacking him, but at that moment he got shot with tranquilizer by... Sige, who neutralize Lyney. Then Wrio said we might have two guests soon, Sige heard footsteps.
It was Clorinde with unconsciousness Freminet. Sige recognized in him consumption of Primordial Seawater.
In Clorinde talk, she explained that concentration of Primordial Seawater increased significantly. She also explained she found Fremie in the Abandon Zone at the end of the pipe. I don't understand now, what side Clorinde is on?
Fremie's symptoms are caused by acute ingestion of a large amount of Primordial Seawater. This is not critical but... Why Fremie didn't dissolve? Is he not Fontainian? Lyney showed his not understanding why there is Primordial Seawater nearby. He also asked for Lynette, Sige calmed him that she also got tranquilized and should be awake soon and that she and Wrio made some tea for her. Lyney calmed down and trusted Sige.
Soon Sige went back with Lynette, now all the siblings are together again. Sige asked Lyney and Lynette for helping her carry Fremie to the infirmary.
Traveler started wondering what happened that Clorinde rescued Fre****
We took Fremie to the infirmary. When Fremie woke up, he told us that something's wrong with the seawater. The Primordial Seawater is mixed with the regular water, and it can bring danger to Fontainians.
Traveler asked for what happened in the pipes. Fremie started to recollect the memories. We embodied Fremie as he walks through the pipes.
We went down to the passage with #777ed9 abyss. We moved a gear to rotate a bridge that would enable further journey, and then jumped to another hole where the water begins. He dived into the water and noticed traces of someone, but suddenly in the end he started to choke. He didn't know why is that, so he turned back, hoping he can make it. But he didn't and Clorinde came to rescue him.
We came back to the Infirmary, Lyney summarize that Fremie found a trace of Childe but that cut out suddenly just like he disappeared into the thin air.
We still don't know why Clorinde appeared in the Fortress and why she saved him. I bet we will have a trial or anything related to it with setting the turns of events in correct order from different perspectives.
