Former Sword Champion of the Luofu, and the creator of the Cloud Knights' legends of undefeated might.
Now, her name has been wiped from the records, and she is a traitor of the Xianzhou walking on the fine line between sanity and mara-struck.
How to obtain
Promoted by the "Gentle Eclipse of the Moon" Warp Event.

Technique
Shine of Truth :
After using this Technique, creates a dimension around Jingliu that lasts for 20 seconds, and all enemies in this dimension will become Frozen.
After entering combat with enemies in the dimension, Jingliu immediately regenerates 15 Energy and obtains 1 stack(s) of Syzygy, with a 100% base chance of Freezing enemy targets for 1 turn(s).
While Frozen, enemy targets cannot take action, and receive Ice Additional DMG equal to 80% of Jingliu's ATK at the start of every turn.
Only 1 dimension created by allies can exist at the same time.

Moon On Glacial River :
Deals Ice DMG equal to 125%–275% of Jingliu's ATK to a single enemy, and deals Ice DMG equal to 62.5%–137.5% of Jingliu's ATK to adjacent enemies.
Consumes 1 stack(s) of Syzygy.
Using this ability does not consume Skill Points.

Ultimate
Florephemeral Dreamflux :
Deals Ice DMG equal to 180%–324% of Jingliu's ATK to a single enemy, and deals Ice DMG equal to 90%–162% of Jingliu's ATK to any adjacent enemies.
Gains 1 stack(s) of Syzygy after attack ends.
- Deal massive blast DMG

Talent
Crescent Transmigration :
When Jingliu has 2 stack(s) of Syzygy, she enters the Spectral Transmigration state with her Action Advanced by 100% and her CRIT Rate increases by 40%–52%.
Then, Jingliu's Skill "Transcendent Flash" becomes enhanced and turns into "Moon On Glacial River," and becomes the only ability she can use in battle.
When Jingliu uses an attack in the Spectral Transmigration state, she consumes HP from all other allies equal to 4% of their respective Max HP (this cannot reduce allies' HP to lower than 1).
Jingliu's ATK increases by 540% of the total HP consumed from all allies in this attack, capped at 90%–198% of her base ATK, lasting until the current attack ends.
Jingliu cannot enter the Spectral Transmigration state again until the current Spectral Transmigration state ends.
Syzygy can stack up to 3 times.
When Syzygy stacks become 0, Jingliu will exit the Spectral Transmigration state.
- When this activates, it's time to burst
- Keep an eye on your allies' HP, when Jingliu attacks, she consumes her allies' HP, but you can't kill your allies that way
- Perfectly fits with allies how have a lot of HP (Blade)
- Syzygy can now stack up to 3 times
- If possible, save your Ultimate for that moment. This way, you can gain 1 more stack and extend the duration of her talent (and deal more DMG)
Character mechanics
Spectral Transmigration
As we see, in this state, Jingliu's ATK increases a lot but is capped at 180% of her own base ATK :
(Calcule based on her ATK at lvl80 and Light Cone at lvl80 only)
With "I Shall Be My Own Sword" Light Cone : + 2 269 ATK max
With "Fall of an Aeon" Light Cone : + 2 174 ATK max
With "A Secret Vow" Light Cone : + 2 079 ATK max
With "Nowhere to Run" Light Cone : + 2 174 ATK max
To reach + 2 268 ATK (almost max with her signature light cone) she needs allies that have in total 10 500 HP
That means, characters like Blade and other who depends on HP are greatly appreciated to maximize her DMG !

Pretending Jingliu is E0, Traces max, Lvl max, with her signature Light Cone, with allies who reach 10 500 HP but without Relics
Overworld :
- Use your technique
In fight :
- 1st turn :
- Get 15 Energy and 1 stack of Syzygy (from technique)
- Use your Enhanced Skill
- 45 Energy, 0 Syzygy, 3 SP
Enemies' turn skip
- 2nd turn :
- Use your Basic Skill
- 65 Energy, 1 Syzygy, 2 SP
- Xth turn :
- Alternate between Basic Skill and Enhanced Skill until you get your Ultimate
- Keep an eye on your SP and generate them with your allies if possible, if not, use Jingliu's Basic ATK
- Xth turn :
- If you got 1 Stack of Syzygy use your Ultimate before playing your turn, if not use your Basic Skill and then your Ultimate
- Jingliu got 2 stack of Syzygy and enters the Spectral Transmigration
- If you used your Ultimate before playing your turn, then use your Enhanced Skill, allies HP will be drain to boost Jingliu
Characters like Tingyun who provide Energy can accelerate the process, Jingliu is very dependent on her Ultimate.
Also, she will get her Ultimate every 3-4 turns.

Eidolons
Eidolons Utility
Eidolon 1 || Moon Crashes Tianguan Gate
- Probably her best Eidolon because it's strong and "easy" to reach (if you're a bit lucky with your pulls)
- Increases CRIT DMG when using her Ultimate or Enhanced Skill.
- Additionally, she deal DMG based on her ATK stat when attacking a single enemy with these attacks
Eidolon 2 || Crescent Shadows Qixing Dipper
- With this Eidolon, it allows you to burst even more after you've used your Ultimate
- This Eidolon only affects Enhanced Skill
- Works well with her first Eidolon
Eidolon 4 || Lunarlance Shines Skyward Dome
- Second best Eidolon
- Sadly hard to reach, but it allows Jingliu to gain more ATK when she consumes allies' H*
****lon 6 || Eclipse Hollows Corporeal Husk
- Third best Eidolon
- Increases her max Syzygy stack by 1
- When she enters her transmigration state her CRIT DMG increases significantly !
Light Cones
I Shall Be My Own Sword || 5 Stars Rarity
Jingliu's Signature Light Cone
- Jingliu is a main DPS so ignoring enemy's DEF is perfect for her to maximize her burst
- It also increases her CRIT DMG
- Eclipse increases Jingliu's attack. You gain stacks if allies loses HP or gets attacked, what is perfect for Jingliu as she can drain allies' HP.

Alternative Builds
Stats to reach
SPD
134 SPD - To get an extra turn in the 1st, 4th, 7th, 10th turn.
This stat depends on your play style especially if you have Bronya with a good SPD
ATK
Try to reach between 2000 and 3000 ATK.
ATK isn't her main stat but her boost through HP absorbtion depends on it.
CRIT Rate
Spectral Transmigration increases a lot her CRIT Rate (52% at LVL max) and Rutilant Arena give 8%.
With that in mind, I recommend to get at least 20% CRIT Rate to reach Rutilant Arena even at low LVL.
It's not nececary to get more than 80% in total but of course, it depends on your play style.
CRIT DMG
Jingliu's main stat.
Get as much CRIT DMG as you can, try to reach at least 160~180%.
During fights, if you have her Signature light cone and E2, you should reach crazy amount of CRIT DMG.
