★ INTRODUCTION ★
Lunar Vow: Crimson Love (LV) or Theresa is the new Battlesuit reccently added in 7.0
She is a new PSY Lightning-DPS S-Rank Battlesuit.
It's a cross user.
She can Bleed (Bleeding enemies take +40% ATK of Physical DMG every 0,5s for 10s)
like Griseo or Susannah, Time Mastery, Fast ATK and Gather the enemies.

Lunar Vow: Crimson Love is going to be available in her Expansion Supply which is going to be released when 7.0 comes out on October 26.
100 pulls guaranteed her.

★ SKILLS ★
The skills are based on level 80 S-Rank.
✧ Leader Skill ~ Everlasting Pledge
Teams deals +25% Lightning DMG.
+39% Bleed DMG from Lunar Vow: Crimson Love.
✧ Passive Skills ~ Eternal Wish
Lunar Vow: Crimson Love uses her own weapon active when she is equipped with any cross weapon.
DMG dealt by her QTE, weapon active, and Ultimate counts as Bleed DMG
Hold [Weapon] to charge the chainsaw and recover 20 Biting Mark every 0,2s.
Before reaching the cap of 200, biting mark decrease by 30 every second
When Biting Mark maxes, release weapon active: Sanguine Feast to enter Frenzy State.
(Biting Mark can't be restored)
Sanguise Feast: With Biting Mark at max outside Frenzy state, tap [Weapon] to enter Frenzy state, dealing 7 x 30% ATK of Lightning DMG.
Casting the skill triggers Global Tme Fracture for 4s
Hunting Time: In Frenzy, keep tapping [Weapon] to slash continuously, with each slash consuming Biting Mark and picking up speed, dealing up to 10% x 11 + 75% x 2 + 15% x 11 + 70% x 4 + 20% x 10 + 100% x 5 ATK of Lightning DMG.
Each slash inflicts 3 Bleed Trauma.
In the name of protection: Activated automatically when Biting Mark is fully depleted in Frenzy
State or by holding [Weapon]
Dealing 17 x 25% ATK of Lightning DMG
At the end, deal 300% ATK of Lightning DMG before ending the attack and exiting Frenzy State.
(In the name of protection counts as Combo ATK and weapon active DMG)
After maxing out Biting Mark, [Weapon] will flash for 3s, during which use Sanguise Feast to +100% Total DMG
After using In the Name of Protection, the last of the next Ultimate deals +200% ATK of Lightning DMG.
Gain Phantom Pain when a teammate capable of paralyzing or bleeding uses Ultimate.
When using Sanguine Feast, gain 10% Elemental Breach for 15s.
(If having Phantom Pain, give an additionnal 8% Elemental Breach).
✧ Basic ATK ~ Promise With You
She has 4 ATK Sequence
SEQ 1: 3 x 20% + 150% ATK of Lightning DMG
SEQ 2: 3 x 25% + 150% ATK of Lightning DMG
SEQ 3: 4 x 50% + 2 x 60% ATK of Lightning DMG
SEQ 4: While Slashing hold [ATK] to extend the slashing, dealing up to 17 x 50% ATK of Lightning DMG. Each slash restores 13 Biting Mark.
✧ QTE
Triggered when an enemy is in Time Fracture, or when a teammate uses weapon active or deals damage with Combo ATK.
Triggers global Time Fracture for 3s.
Hold [ATK] to extend the slashing, dealing up to 17 x 20% ATK of Lightning DMG, recovering 13.5
Biting Mark per slash.
Reduces current switch CD by 4s.
Dealing DMG with BASIC ATK SEQ 4 or QTE inflicts 2 additional Bleed Trauma with a CD of 0,2s for each enemy.
When enemies take Bleed DMG, LV deals 75% ATK of Lightning DMG (counts as Bleed DMG) to them; CD: 0,5s.
If she exits within 6s of QTE entry and at full Biting Mark, +75% ATK of Lightning DMG until the character's next entry.
✧ Special Attack Combo ~ Unshackled From Rules
After hitting 17 times with Basic ATK SEQ 4 or QTE by holding [ATK], tap [ATK] again when the attacks ends to use Combo ATK
Deals 100% x 5 + 600% ATK of Lightning DMG.
When the 3 team members are on different types: when entering Frenzy mode, teammates deals +10% Total DMG for 20s.
Casting Combo ATK restores 15 SP to the team.
Dealing Bleed DMG on standby, recover 1 SP; CD: 0,5s.
(Upon exiting at full Biting Mark, recover twice as much SP until the character's next entry)
✧ Ultimate ~ Confession That Transcends Destiny
LV separates the chainsaw, dealing 2% ATK of Lightning DMG each.
When a slash hits, hold [ULT] to accelerate the slashes and increases their DMG to 3% ATK of Lightning DMG.
At the end of the ultimate, dealing 400% ATK of Lightning DMG.
(While perfoming Ultimate, she is invicible and triggers Time-frozen Domain, which pauses all skill timers and the stage timer)
SP : 100 CD : 16s.
Casting Ultimate grants Elemental Breach to all Lightning DMG dealers on the team, which increase the Elemental Breach for all attacks by 11% for 16s.
After ennemies take Bleed DMG, they take +15% Lightning DMG and +43% Bleed DMG from LV for 12s.
✧ Evade ~ Delicate Detachment
Ultimate evasion triggers Ultimate Evasion Skill and causes global Time Fracture for 3s.
Restores 50 Biting Mark and can be connected into sprinting, which restores 120 Biting Mark per second. CD: 15s.
Deal +150% Bleed DMG.
Deals +10% Lightning DMG, and +40% Total DMG to MECH-Type enemies.
★ RANK UP ★
S2 is truly a good upgrade, you obtain a very good DMG bonus overall.
SS is the best rank up for people who play in Memorial Arena and Superstring Dimension, SS greatly helps you obtain higher scores.

Her best weapon is her signature weapon Bloodied Casket: Tough Love, for people who doens't have the PRI-ARM form is Bloodied Casket.

★ LINEUP ★
Best lineup :
(Don't forget that LV DMG dealt by her QTE, weapon active, and Ultimate counts as Bleed DMG)
As LV is a Lightning-DPS the best Lightning-Support is gonna be Eden (an SP Valkyrie)
You can obtain Eden fragments for free in Asteries Shop, or in Adventure Tasks.
She can apply Paralyze Trauma and Paralyzed enemies at full for 5s.
HoTr it's the second best support for LV.
She's a Fire and Lightning support who granting breach and increase all the DMG deal by Fire and Lightning DPS.
Unfornately, it's a S-Rank Valkyrie, you can only obtain from gacha.
It's highly recommend to pull for her because it's an international support for every elemental team.
Replacement :
If you don't have Hotr, Fischl is a very good replacement.
Fischl is a free valkyrie too, you cain obtain her fragments in Asteries Shop or in Adventure Tasks.
She boosts all the Lightning DMG deal by team.

It is worth to pull for Lunar Vow: Crimson Love ?
Definitely yes !
She is gonna be the new strong Lightning-DPS in the meta.
Even with the newly Bosses added, it will be essential to have her to make the best scores for Lightning content.
If you already have SSS 4/4 HoT, LV surpasses it but the DMG difference is pretty small.
Her equipment is a must have for her damage.
