★ INTRODUCTION ★
After the 7.0 update, we gonna have a new Stigmata set : City-State Epic
I will explain you how to get the set, the analysis and skills and compare to other stigmata options and show you some gameplay with it.
This stigmata set is gonna be the new best set for Senti (Herrscher of Sentinence) for people who want to play Yatta in DPS.
If you want more details about the new weapon or how to play her in h DPS, in Elysian Realm with this new equipment, I recommended you to read Inari & Hisui guide please.

You can obtain the set : City-State Epic through Equipment Expansion Supply.
The banner is going to be release at the same time as 7.0 at October 26.
Each 30 pulls guaranteed a new equipement piece (weapon or stigmata).
In the worst case you obtain her set with 120 pulls.
1 pulls = 280 crystals, 10 pulls = 2800 crystals

HP 338 ATK 120 DEF 66
GENERAL SELF BONUS :
✧ +25% Physical DMG
✧ +20% Total DMG in burst mode
★ Pericles (M) ★
HP 439 DEF 216 CRT 10
GENERAL SELF BONUS :
✧ +12% Crit Rate
✧ +24% Total DMG for Ultimate or Burst DMG
★ Pericles (M) ★
HP 371 DEF 104 ATK 59 CRT 13
✧ +25% Burst DMG for 15s when Weapon Skills are cast outside of burst mode
✧ +25% Crit DMG when entering burst mode while the effect is still active
★ 2 pieces set: Maritime Empire ★
GENERAL SELF BONUS :
Ultimate boosts for 1s :
✧ +35% Physical DMG
✧ + 30% Crit DMG
CD 8s.
This 2 pieces is only working when the character's using her ultimate, hovewer it's pretty useless.
★ 3 pieces set: Golden Era ★
GENERAL SELF BONUS :
✧ +15% Crit DMG
✧ +20%/45% Physical DMG when 60/120 SP is consumed in one go
✧ +20% Crit Rate when there is only 1 character in the team.
The last buff is only working in Elysian Realm.
★ STIGMATA COMPARISON ★
Ty Hisui for let me use her pictures i was too lazy to do mine...
As you can see, losing 1 piece is around ~9% DPS. This comparison is done with Senti as a DPS (not a physical Support), so you might take care that the stats are only for a DPS playstyle.
I recommend to pull for the 3 pieces, the bonus for the 2 pieces can be not enough and useless.

It is worth to pull for the set : Darkness Illuminated ?
If you want to play Senti as a DPS and break the meta yes, also you need HORB to support Senti and let her make strong damage. Without HORB it's going be difficult to boost HOS DMG correctly.
It's better to get the 3 pieces even if you can use the 2 pieces because the buffs are very better and useful.
