Overview : Utility, Abilities, Rotation
Topaz is the Leader of the Special Debts Picket Team and high-level manager of the Strategic Investment Department under the Interastral Peace Corporation.
A member of the "Ten Stonehearts" at a young age, Topaz's foundational expertise is "debt retrieval."
Her partner, the Warp Trotter "Numby," is also capable of keenly perceiving where "riches" are located, ensuring that jobs based in security, debt collection, and actuarial varieties are of no great challenge.
At presently they are traveling the cosmos together, seeking all manner of liability disputes that might be affecting the stable progression of the IPC's businesses.
How to obtain
Promoted by the "Sunset Clause" Warp Event.

Technique
Explicit Subsidy :
Summons Numby when Topaz enters the overworld.
Numby will automatically search for Basic Treasures and Trotters within a set radius.
Using her Technique will regenerate 60 Energy for Topaz after Numby's first attack in the next battle.
If Topaz is still in the team after using her Technique and defeating overworld enemies, a small bonus amount of credits will be added to the earned credits.
A maximum of 10000 bonus credits can be received per calendar day.
After using her Technique and defeating enemies in Simulated Universe, additionally receive a small amount of Cosmic Fragments with a small chance to obtain 1 random Curio.
- Perfect to find Basic Treasures and Trotters in the overworld
- Regenerates 60 Energy
- If you need creadits, always use her technique in the overworld before strarting a fight !
- In the Simulated Universe, if you use her technique and if she defeat an enemy, you will receive a bit more of Cosmic Fragments ! And a small chance to receive a random Curio. A must have if you like Simulated Universe !
Basic ATK
Deficit... :
Deals Fire DMG equal to 50%–110% of Topaz's ATK to a single enemy.
Skill
Difficulty Paying :
Inflicts a single target enemy with a Proof of Debt status, increasing the DMG it takes from follow-up attacks by 25%–55%.
Proof of Debt only takes effect on the most recent target it is applied to.
If there are no enemies inflicted with Proof of Debt on the field when an ally's turn starts or when an ally takes action, Topaz will inflict a random enemy with Proof of Debt.
Numby deals Fire DMG equal to 75%–165% of Topaz's ATK to this target.
Using this Skill to deal DMG is considered as launching a follow-up attack.
- Apply "Proof of Debt"
- If there's no "Proof of Debt" on any enemy, She will inflict a random enemy
- The skill is considered as a follow-up attack so works with "Proof of Debt" buff
Ultimate
Turn a Frofit! :
Numby enters the Windfall Bonanza! state and its DMG multiplier increases by 75%–165% and CRIT DMG increases by 12.5%–27.5%.
Also, when enemies with Proof of Debt are hit by an ally's Basic ATK, Skill, or Ultimate, Numby's action is Advanced Forward by 50%.
Numby exits the Windfall Bonanza! state after using 2 attacks.
- Increases CRIT DMG
- If an ally hit an enemy who's marked with Proof of Debt, Numby's action is advenced forward
Talent
Trotter Market!? :
Summons Numby at the start of battle.
Numby has 80 SPD by default.
When taking action, Numby launches follow-up attacks on a single enemy target afflicted with Proof of Debt, dealing Fire DMG equal to 75%–165% of Topaz's ATK.
When enemies afflicted with Proof of Debt receive an ally's follow-up attacks, Numby's action is Advanced Forward by 50%.
The action Advance Forward effect cannot be triggered during Numby's own turn.
When Topaz is downed, Numby disappears.
- You summon Numby at the start
- Numby launches follow-up attacks if a target is marked by "Proof of Debt"
- If an ally launch a follow-up attak on an enemy with Proof of Debt, Numby's action is advanced forward so choose your target !
Character mechanics
Proof of Debt
It's a debuff that Topaz inflicts on a single enemy.
When an enemy with this mark is attacked by a follow up attack, it receive 50% increased DMG.
It works amazingly well with Jing Yuan, Clara, Himeko or Herta

When Topaz uses Basic ATK to deal DMG, it will be considered as a follow-up attack.
- From now on, Topaz Basic ATK is considered as a follow-up attack and fit with her own buff

- An other reason to focus enemies with Fire weakness, you now deal more DMG

- Quality of life trace, allow you to regenerate more energy to use your Ultimate more often

- Quite a nice Eidolon
- Numby will deal more DMG (with fire res pen)
- When Numby attack, during the Windfall bonanza! state increases by 1

- It increase the CRIT RATE and Follow up attacks, perfect for Topaz
- Stack an effect by doing follow up attack
- The effect increases Allies CRIT DMG when they hit an enemy

Alternative Builds
/!\ This set is special /!\
Do not invest in this alternative stuff, use it only if you already got a good stuff in your inventory.
With this stuff, you're interested by the SPD boost and the 10% DEF ignorence.
Usefull if you want to play Topaz as a main DPS but not the best option
Stat to reach
SPD
134 SPD - To get an extra turn in the 1st, 4th, 7th, 10th turn.
CRIT Rate
If possible, try to reach 50%, more is good too, just depends on your play style.
CRIT DMG
Get as much CRIT DMG as you can, try to reach at least 160~180%.
Topaz source of DMG is follow up attacks but increasing CRIT DMG is allawys good for a DPS who could attack that often
ATK
If you want to focus on a gameplay with Numby, I recommend to focus on this stat and reach between 2000 and 3000 ATK.
If you want a "classic" gameplay, reach 1500 ATK
