[FONTAINE ARCHON QUEST SPOILERS]
[Part 1] [<] [NEXT Quest>>] [Part 5] [Part 6]
We headed to the Spina di Rosula base at Fleuve Cendre where we met... MONA?! It's been a long time since I saw her in main story, what a nice surprise to see her again, you don't really know how happy I am :D
Paimon was concerned if Mona's Fontainian. Anyway, we still don't actually know her REAL name, cuz she changed it. Mona also explained that her surname is not a name of any clan, it just means 'great'.
We asked for her master's name: Astromancer Barbeloth Trismegistus. It's like... great but three times more.
We now know Mona is Monstadtian, and we might get to see her parents in Dornman Port. That's a good information cuz now we sure Mona won'd dissolve.
We asked her to get us in touch with her master as she is a visionary who we need to know more about the prophecy.
We went to sleep and the next day we went to Neuvillette, who had a dispute with Furina.
Neuvi asked Furina if she's the Hydro Archon Focalors. He has shown her the list of Poisson incident victim list, her eyes were shaking.
He also asked her about the ancient ruins and the stone slated that correlates with the prophecy, and for any information about the previous Archon. As he was speaking to her, she blew with a laughter, told him that if he's spying on her, he should know everything, then she left with an excuse of an opera starting soon. She ran next to us, not ever realizing we are there.
When we entered Neuvi's office, he suggested creating a situation when she will be forced to speak, such as a trial against her.
Few days later we met with Lyney, Lynette, Freminet and Navia at Poisson. Neuvi and Clorinde were accompanying us. We were meeting to discuss how to set a certain 'trap'.
Clorinde started with explain the purpose of Marechaussee Hunters, who were to hunt down monsters left buy King Remus. She also explained how their traps worked. Everyone then gave a suggestion how they would build a trap. Lyney suggested something box related, Freminet - bait related and Navia - mechanical animal related. The only thing remains - this is a trap against the god to judge her.
We continue at Spina di Rosula base. When we were talking, a cup of tea appeared out of nowhere and a mysterious voice could be heard. Traveler deducted she might be N from Hexenzirkel. We asked if the prophecy will be fulfilled and she agreed. She also said that the prophecy is like a history of the future. She also mentioned that we saw a failed attempt of breaking the prophecy. I'm not sure, but that could relate to Wanderer, but what kind of fate was related to him? Is that about the vision? She also asked if anything in Teyvat is so easy to change. The 'fate' is something ancient Greeks were believed. Does it mean Teyvat's story is already written, and we can't do anything about that? That could be a metajoke that hoyo already completed Genshin Story and there is nothing we can change.
About Traveler's answers, can fate really be changed? What about Khaenri'ah, the Abyss Order, the Loom of Fate? I have a feeling this is strongly related. If there will be any Traveler Archon Quest soon, it will be for sure related to the fate even more that Caribert.
Let's continue the quest... no, I can't... she mentioned words about the place where god's gaze does not fall, which is obviously Khaenri'ah. And God's Gaze... that's also Visions.
N concluded that the Fate is your guide, and you have to play your part. That's very interesting cuz that's connect fate from Ancient Greece with theatrum mundi.
A little joke: hoyo made N invisible cuz they don't have her model ready yet.
Next morning we met Mona again. We get to know that Charlotte think that prophecy is important, but why few worst should command them how they will live their lives?
She also mentioned that she tried to reach her Master, but with no success, and that she will try again. We told her we already talked with someone, Mona recognized N and introduced her as the one that guides those who are lost. Mona was surprised N is still alive. Looks like what N told is cryptic enough cuz we shouldn't know some things yet.
Mona told something that she do believe in fate, but she also believes in miracles.
After the conversation with Mona, we took out for a walk around Court of Fontaine. I have a bad feeling something serious is going to happen, rn.
We found Charlotte's article about us.
That mission: "Continue Moving Forward"... This is funny, it's just like Eren was playing Attack on Titan.
We arrived at Deborg Hotel. We met Sedene there, who was not afraid of the prophecy. I mean, she was like: If I live, I should carry on. She also bought us cakes to cheer us up.
We went further and met Charlotte at Steambird. She asked us for an exclusive interview. As she walked away in excitement, Paimon asked her what would she do if Fontaine got flooded tomorrow. She would like to leave Fontaine, but also as a journalist she would report from the scene.
Looks like people of Fontaine does not really scare about the prophecy.
We went to look at the sea level. Paimon got interested, what would we do if all of Teyvat got destroyed tomorrow. Traveler's answer suggested continuing the journey.
Few days passed and Isadora called is to the Neuvillette. The situation is presenting as follows: Furina was watching an opera and during the intermission, some of the audience members started to harassing her. Then she left and Marechaussee couldn't find her.
We came to the conclusion she might hide in the Poisson, that's our next destination.
