Cosmic Expression, Griseo in the following, is a new SP battlesuit coming out in 7.1!
She'll be our first Stardust (SD-Type) Valkyrie and deals Physical DMG and uses crosses.
She acts as a BLEED Support, so she acts as a pretty niche support for Valkyrie Quicksand and Lunar Vow: Crimson Love.
Also she'll be our SD DPS until the first S-rank SD releases, which could be 7.3 (?), shouldn't be too far away

✧ Gacha ✧
Griseo can also be obtained in gacha, her first supply will be in 7.1:
You're guaranteed to get her at least once every 25 pulls.
Gain 10 Griseo fragments every 10 pulls, gain up to 100 fragments this way,
On the global servers, this banner releases on December 7th and end on December 29th.
NOTE: Griseo is free, I definitely don't recommend spending your crystals for her!

Griseo will be obtainable in the Asterite Shop!
You can buy up to 50 fragments to a price of 500 Asterite each.

During 7.1, you can buy 50 Griseo fragments during the patch event, Starry Voyage Strike Back!

Griseo is an SD Physical Valkyrie who deals Bleed DMG and uses crosses.
The team deals 30% additional Stardust Remnant DMG (feature of SD enemies) to the max HP of Stardust enemies with Griseo in the team (=> "Stardust Navigation state")
Team deals 15% bonus Bleed DMG, 10% bonus Lightning and 10% bonus Physical DMG with Griseo in the team.
Start with 40 additional SP. Griseo's Bleed DMG deals 5 DMG to hit shields (0,2s CD).
➤ Leader Skill
Team deals 22% (A) / 24% (S) / 26% (SS) / 28% (SSS) more Bleed DMG
and starts battle with 40 (A) / 45 (S) / 50 (SS) / 55 (SSS) bonus initial SP. In Open World, this effect can only apply once every 10 minutes.
➤ Beacon / Internal Energy
Griseo has a Special Bar above her HP bar, showing her current Internal Energy.
It starts and caps at 300.
Internal Energy can only be gained if Griseo obtained a Beacon before.
The Beacon is obtained by QTE or Weapon Active.
Internal Energy is obtained by QTE, Basic ATKs or Combo ATK.

Internal Energy is used for Griseo's Special Weapon Skill.
➤ Dyed Status
Ultimate and gaining a Beacon will apply Dyed status.
When dyed enemies are suffering from Bleed Trauma, the DMG will be counted as DMG dealt by the last Valkyrie inflicting Bleed Trauma.

Triggered when the enemy is bleeding or Time-Slowed
Deals 14 x 50% + 450% ATK of Physical DMG
Inflicts a total of 15 Bleed Trauma; fully restores Internal Energy; restores 6 SP for the whole team; generates a Beacon
Reduces the Switching CD to the exiting Valkyrie by 4s
QTE automatically uses her Weapon Active if it is off-cooldown and she has the needed SP.
QTE can be connected to Combo ATK by tapping [ATK]
✧ Basic ATK ✧
Griseo has 4 Basic ATK Sequences. Gain Ignore Interrupt during Basic ATK Sequence.
SEQ 1: Deals 200% ATK of Physical DMG; restores 20 Internal Energy
SEQ 2: Deals 200% + 150% ATK of Physical DMG; restores 40 Internal Energy
SEQ 3: Deals 9 x 70% ATK of Physical DMG; restores 90 Internal Energy
SEQ 4: Deals 270% + 280% ATK of Physical DMG; restores 160 Internal Energy
Attacks to only restore Internal Energy if a Beacon is present.
*includes Combo ATK
Basic ATK SEQ 4 can be conected to Combo ATK by tapping [ATK]

After QTE or Basic ATK SEQ 4, tap [ATK] to connect into Combo ATK.
Deals 460% + 220% ATK of Physical DMG; inflicts 6 Bleed Trauma; restores 160 Internal Energy
Combo ATK triggers Stardust Flash.
Combo ATK can be connected to Basic ATK SEQ 3 by tapping [ATK]
➤ Stardust Flash
Absorb all Stardust Remnants on the field with the Combo ATK.
When Stardust Remnants were consumed: the attack deals 300% + 300% ATK of bonus Physical DMG; gain 30% Total DMG for this attack
✧ Weapon Active ✧
Tap [WA] without a Beacon present or use her QTE to use her Weapon Active.
CD & SP: depends on the used weapon
Restores 12 SP; triggers 3s of Global Time Fracture; generates a Beacon
Further effects depend on the weapon you are using
✧ Special Weapon Skill ✧
Tap [WA] at full Internal Energy to use her Special Weapon Skill
Consumes 300 Internal Energy to attack enemies with a 2s delay.
Deals 700% ATK of Physical DMG (considered as Bleed DMG); inflicts 6 Bleed Trauma
Griseo gains following buffs after using her Special Weapon Skill:
✧ Gain 45% Total DMG for 16s
✧ Gain 20% Total DMG (up to 3 stacks); refreshed upon exit
✧ If the effect mentioned before is maxed, Special Weapon Skill generates 5 Stardust Remnants
Gain following buff for the team after using it:
✧ 15% Bleed DMG taken by the enemy
✧ Ultimate ✧
Within 1s of using the Special Weapon Skill, tap [ULT] to use her Ultimate
Note: The Special Weapon Skill will no longer take effect when using Ultimate. The 45% Total DMG and Bleed vulnerability buffs will be triggered anyway.
Deals 1000% + 10 x 70% ATK of Physical DMG (considered as Bleed DMG); deals 1 DMG to your active Valkyrie shortly after cast; inflicts 12 Bleed Trauma
Gain following buff for her Ultimate:
✧ Ultimate deals 5% bonus Physical DMG for every Bleed stack on the enemy (up to 10 stacks)
Team gains following buffs after her Ultimate:
✧ Deployed team members restore 0,5 SP per second for 16s
✧ Restore 2 SP on Griseo every second when she is not deployed for 16s
✧ Attacks deal 90% ATK of bonus Adaptive DMG for 20s (0,9s CD)
✧ Max Bleed Trauma stacks increases by 4 for 20s
✧ Gain 10% Lightning and Physical DMG for 20s

Triggered upon evading enemies attacks timely.
Triggers 3s of global Time Fracture; restore 400 HP
✧ Parry ✧
Hold [EVA] to enter Parry Stance.
During Parry Stance, Griseo will automatically block all incoming attacks.

Griseo has 3 main teams and it generally isn't recommended to use her outside of them.
✧ Support Bigseo ✧
There currently are only two DPS who use Griseo as support:
Luna and Susannah
While Susannah NEEDS an impair source (Herrscher of Rebirth) as third character, Luna wants Elemental Breach (Herrscher of Truth) in that place
Generally speaking, CE's support rotation will be the following:

LV / CE / HTR
HTR (QTE) - WA - Combo ATK
CE QTE - Special Weapon Skill - Ultimate
HTR Form switch - Combo ATK - Ultimate

Generally speaking, the DMG/rotation increases by ~10% and the rotation length increases by ~2s
So, let's look at the DMG difference in actual abyss runs~
00:00 Setup
00:19 BKE - Griseo (798 Points) 02:23 BKE - Eden (792 Points)
04:19 Vill-V - Griseo (710 Points) 06:38 Vill-V - Eden (729 Points)
(Note: The Griseo V2V run should've been ~2 points less only, the end phase wasn't as good)
Note: without 4/4 Griseo, 4/4 Eden will outdo anyway. For details on that, I recommend Hzri's video
DMG loss:
✧ There definitely is a difference, but due to a huge DMG overflow it often isn't noticable. At current live Nirvana (~500D in GLB and SEA) it probably is more noticable.
Point loss:
✧ At 480D the difference is either really low or Eden does better. This simply is due to the DMG overflow and the 3s shorter rot.
✧ At high Disturbance the Point difference will increase and Griseo will more clearly outdo Eden.
Note:
✧ In Redlotus and below Eden will most likely keep outdoing Griseo. Difference should grow smaller over time.
✧ In Nirvana, Griseo will outdo Eden most of the time.

✧ Conclusion ✧
DMG loss:
✧ The DMG loss isn't at noticable sometimes because many Bleed abysses have a DMG overflow. At Nirvana Disturbance you'll start actually feeling the difference.
Point loss:
✧ In abysses like Pishacha where the DMG is generally way above what you'd need, the difference is minor.
✧ Once the DMG expectations go higher, the point difference increases to 50+ point loss
Ultility loss:
✧ Small Griseo has SP issues herself in multiple rots. After ~3 rotations she starts struggling, which is a problem big Griseo does not have
✧ Big Griseo provides a good amount of team SP. If you need 3+ rotations you start really feeling that benefit.
A fully geared Cosmic Expression will outdo Starry Impression in pretty much any case at SS+ rank.

Should you invest into Griseo?
Well... she's very niche for sure. Her DPS role will be time gated until the SD S-Rank comes out, so her main role will be a Bleed support.
So, first of all: if you don't have a fully geared Susannah or Luna, Griseo will be useless.
If you do and don't have smol Griseo/Eden, she might be a good investment.
But if you do have them fully geared, Griseo might not be worth it. Especially if you don't have Susannah and only Luna as the difference really isn't that big outside of CN temps.
If you're a RL player and don't have Susannah I don't see the point in getting Griseo.
Otherwise, she might be useful for future characters.
Also, if Luna or Susannah is your only actual DPS currently Griseo might be a good step to build up your account. Luna is a good bruteforce valk for now~
But about her fragments, I recommend buying them when you don't have better stuff to invest your asterite into currently.
