★ INTRODUCTION ★
Cosmic Expression (CE) or Griseo is the new Battlesuit reccently added in 7.1.
She's the first STARDUST Physical SP A-Rank Battlesuit.
(Stardust is a new type added in 7.1, which counters itself)
It's a cross user.
She can Bleed (Bleeding enemies take +40% ATK of Physical DMG every 0,5s for 10s)
and Time Mastery the enemies.
Her principal role is going to be a Support for Valkyrie who Bleed. She can also be a DPS.

You can obtain Griseo in her Supply which is going to be released when 7.1 comes out on December 7.
Every 25 pulls guaranteed her.
Every 10 pulls you obtain 10 fragments, up to 100 pulls.
(At least, it's not recommend to pull on her banner because she's free)

In the Asterite Shop :
You can buy 50 fragments per week for a price of 500 Asterite.
In Open World Missions :
During Open World Missions you can obtain some fragments.
Event Shop :
You can buy 50 fragments during the event Starry Voyage: Strike Back! in 7.1
★ SKILLS ★
The skills are based on level 80 SSS-Rank.
✧ Leader Skill ~ Sail of the Starpainter
Teams deals +28% Bleed DMG
Starts battle with 55 bonus initial SP.
✧ Passive ~ Always-on Beacon
Griseo has a Bar above her HP, which show the Internal Energy.
Shows and cap at 300.

Deploy by tapping [WA] or casting QTE generates Beacon.
Beacon
With a Beacon presents, Basic ATK and Combo ATK restore Internal Energy on hit.
Beacon + Internal Energy
Bonus for herself:
The character takes -20% Total DMG with Beacon Present.
Deploying the cross restores 12 SP and triggers 3s of global Time Fracture. CD: 15s.
Bonus for the team:
Team deals +10% Lightning DMG and +10% Physical DMG.
✧ Basic ATK ~ Walking Stick for Journeys
She has 4 ATK Sequences, during it Ignore Interrupt improves
SEQ 1: Deals 200% ATK of Physical DMG and restores 20 Internal Energy.
SEQ 2: Deals 200% + 150% ATK of Physical DMG and restores 40 Internal Energy.
SEQ 3: Deals 9 x 70% ATK of Physical DMG and restores 90 Internal Energy.
SEQ 4: Deals 270% + 280% ATK of Physical DMG and restores 160 Internal Energy.
(Hitting enemies with Beacon active only restores Internal Energy)
✧ QTE
Triggered when an enemy is Time-Slowed or bleeding (refreshing included)
Deal 14 x 50% + 450% ATK of Physical DMG, inflict 14 x 0,5 + 8 Bleed Trauma on hit,
fully restore Internal Energy and restore 6 SP for all team members.
Reduces the switch CD of the exiting Valkyrie by 4s.
Weapon Skill is auto-cast with sufficient SP and weapon skill off cooldown.
During QTE, tap [ATK] to connect into Combo ATK.
✧ Combo ATK ~ Shining Navigation Marks
During Basic ATK SEQ 4 or [QTE], tap [ATK] to cast Combo ATK
Deals 460% + 220% ATK of Physical DMG, inflicts 6 Bleed Trauma and restores 160 Internal Energy.
Tap [ATK] after to connect into Basic ATK SEQ 3.
Casting Combo ATK triggers Stardust Flash.
✧ Stardust Flash
Absorb all Stardust Remnants of the field after casting Combo ATK.
Deals 300% + 300% ATK of bonus Physical DMG and +30% Total DMG.
Note:
With Griseo in the team, all members have Stardust Navigation status:
The team deals +30% Stardust Remnants DMG to the max HP of SD-type enemies.
✧ Weapon Skills ~ Traveler Looking into the Distance
Tap [WA] when Internal Energy is full to cast Special Weapon Skill.
Consume all Internal Energy to attack the enemies with a 2s delay.
Deals 700% ATK of Physical DMG (considered as a Bleed DMG), inflicts 6 Bleed Trauma.
Bonus for herself:
+45% Total DMG for 16s.
+20% Total DMG (3 stacks max), if the effect is maxed generates 5 Stardust Remnants.
Bonus for the team:
+15% Bleed DMG taken by enemies for 20s.
✧ Ultimate ~ Crystal-clear Determination
Within 1s after casting Special Weapon Skill, tap [ULT] to cast her Ultimate
SP: 100 CD: 20s
Deals 1000% + 10 x 70% ATK of Physical DMG (considered as a Bleed DMG)
and deal 1 DMG to your active character after the cast.
When you cast the Ultimate, Special Weapon Skills deals no DMG.
Bonus for the team:
Teams members deployed restore 0,5 SP per second for 16s.
If Griseo is not deployed, restores 2 SP on her per second for 16s.
Casting Ultimate inflicts 6 Bleed Trauma and boosts Bleed Trauma stacks inflictable by 4 for 20s.
+10% Lightning DMG and +10% Physical DMG for 20s.
Character on field deals 90% ATK of bonus Adaptative DMG for 20s CD:0,9s.
✧ Evasion ~ Starlight Protection
Triggers 3s of global Time Fracture, restore 400 HP
Can be connect into Basic ATK SEQ 4 by tapping [ATK]
CD: 15s
Connect into Basic ATK SEQ 4
✧ Parry
Hold [EVA] to enter Parry stance
During this, Griseo will auto-blocks incoming attacks
✧ SP SKILLS
A-RANK:
Can apply Dyed status.
Creating a Beacon or casting Ultimate will Dye all enemies for 15s.
When Dyed, Bleed DMG comes from the last character who inflicted bleed trauma.
S-RANK:
Griseo starts battle with 40 bonus SP.
Team deals +15% Bleed DMG
Griseo deals +30% Bleed DMG
SS-RANK:
Dealing Bleed DMG deals 5 DMG to shields that only can take fixed DMG (CD:0,2s)
SSS-RANK:
For every Bleed stack (max at 10) on enemies, Ultimate deals +5% Physical DMG on hit.

Griseo is free so in any case, whenever how long it takes you're gonna SSS her.

Her main role are gonna be a Bleed Support, but she can also be played as a DPS for SD type.
She can support 2 Valkyries : Susannah and LV (Lunar Vow)
So basically you can do 3 teams with her.

Overall is a good idea to invest on Griseo : Cosmic Expression ?
In any case Griseo is free, so don't pull on her banner, except is you are a big whale who wants to SSS her the first day when 7.1 come out.
More seriously, Griseo is a very good support in bleed teams, if you miss a 4/4 Valkyrie for Luna or Susannah team, I recommend to invest on her Equipment Banner (each 30 pulls guaranteed a new equipment piece). With that you can make more DMG and good scores in MA, Superstring Dimension.
She can also be a DPS for the Stardust type in expectation to a future Battlesuit for this type.
