★ Support Gameplay ★
LV TEAM
At least for Luna, even if you miss 1 piece, the 2 pieces set with the T and the B can work (you can't miss the B stig, it's the most important here), if you have Tesla Band M losing 1 piece is around ~13% Sub-DPS/Support. But the best option is to have the full set of Passionate Dedication (Van Gogh).
SUSANNAH TEAM
The loss ~7% it's not as big for Luna, and you can have more alternative. But the full set is still the best option here too.
★ DPS Gameplay ★
Griseo Team
For the DPS playstyle, it's an another thing. You still need at least the 2 pieces set for the buffs. Griseo DPS is an expetaction to get a real DPS in SD type, so before this you can play Griseo as a DPS. With the M and B part. Don't forget the full set is the best here too again (not a surprise).

★ CONCLUSION ★
It is worth to pull for the set : Passionate Dedication ?
If you want to take full advantage of Griseo, you clearly need this set. Even if you can remplace some pieces, there is not much Bleed Stigmata set for battlesuit, and this one is is one of the only and the best which works with her.
It's better to get the 3 pieces even if you can use the 2 pieces because the buffs are very better for the team.
