ALTERNATIVE SETS
FoV is not Herrscher, Himeko set is bad for her.
One of alternative set is Leeuw-TB.
Normally, FoV casts Ultimate after using all her Combo & Joint ATK. But when using Leeuw-TB, her Ultimate must be unleashed earlier. The highest DMG of Leeuw-TB G4-M (77.51%) can be slightly higher than G4-TMB (77.14%).
Other stigs : QTE, Parry ATK, Kick Combo, Fist Combo, Enhanced Joint, ULT, Basic, Parry ATK
Leeuw-TB : QTE, Parry ATK, ULT, Kick Combo, Fist Combo, Enhanced Joint, Basic, Parry ATK
(kick combo & fist combo are interchangeable, situational)
Let’s move to G4 set (pink table).
G4 2pc effect is not effective for FoV. There are many better options than G4 2pc. If you want to use G4 stigma for FoV, use only 1 piece or all TMB. Also note that G4-T and G4-M require enemy to be in ignited state. If you want to use G4-T or G4-M, bring teammate who can ignite like Chrono Navi.
If enemy is hard to ignite, don’t bring G4-T and G4-M. So the options (non-signature) are:
[Kiana-TM Cez-B], [Ragna-T Thales-M Cez-B], [Leeuw-TB Thales-M].
STIGMATA COMPARISON IN BAR CHART
Ordinary-3pc is very strong, and alternative sets don’t really suit her, even the 3-mixed piece combination is not far from Lee-TB and G4-TMB.
All stigma in image above still using the same weapon (signature PRI), but the gap between Ordinary-TMB and alternative stigma already huge.
How about 4/4 vs 0/4? the gap will be “colossal”.

When FoV is in action, weapon skill button is functioned as switching stances.
Switching stance still registered as casting weapon active.
I’ve tried bringing Grips of Taixuan (has no SP recovery) and Zhenyi-T (has effect “weapon active on hit restores 10 SP”). And it works, FoV got 10 SP after “switch stance DMG” hit the enemy.
But, the DMG of switching stance is not weapon active skill of the equipped weapon.
When FoV uses alternative weapon, she can’t trigger the effect of weapon active skill.
But when FoV uses signature weapon, she can trigger the effect of weapon active skill through switching stance or QTE (image above).
So when choosing an alternative weapon for FoV, you can ignore the active skill of alternative weapon.
WEAPON COMPARISON IN BAR CHART
The best alternative weapon is Oblivion Down (PRI), higher DMG than other alternative weapons, also has extra SP recovery.
The best 0/4 is only 62.19%. And don’t forget, that number is when enemy is 100% of time in ignited state. That number still can drop if enemy is not in ignited state during FoV’s attacks.
Lee-TB G4-M (ignited enemy) > Lee-TB Thales-M (ignited enemy) > Lee-TB Thales-M (not ignited) > Lee-TB G4-M (not ignited)
