TORCH OF EONS

- WORLD LIKE A FURNACE
- Generates a Pocket Dimension that lasts for 5s. Deals 20% more Total DMG while within the Pocket Dimension. This effect lasts for 10s even after leaving the Pocket Dimension. Triggering it again resets the duration. When equipped by Fenghuang of Vicissitude, QTEs and Switching Stances can trigger the Pocket Dimension. The Pocket Dimension inflicts the corresponding Feather of Burning Mark on enemies within it based on the current stance and removes the Feather of Burning Mark of the other stance. When an enemy marked with Feather of Burning Mark is hit by a Combo ATK of the corresponding stance, the Mark detonates and deals 150% ATK of Fire DMG. Feather of Burning Mark lasts for 5s. The Pocket Dimension and all Marks are cleared upon exit.

- Fire DMG is increased by 18%. When Max HP exceeds 7000, Total DMG is increased by 14%.

- Compared with the PRI-Arm Version, both skills are weakened version of Torch of Eons: Skyfire and does not have a Second Passive, which will have a certain impact on the DMG Output of Fenghuang of Vicissitude. It is highly recommended to upgrade it immediately to its PRI-Arm Version.

ACTIVE SKILL
- ANALYSIS
- When using Weapon Skill, it generates a Pocket Dimension, which can provide a DMG increase effect that lasts for 10s. When used by Fenghuang of Vicissitude, QTE and switching stances can also trigger the Active Skill without CD limit, and generating a Pocket Dimension inflicts Feather of Burning Mark on enemies present inside the Pocket Dimension. Hitting it with Combo ATK will detonate the Feather of Burning Mark dealing an additional DMG.
PASSIVE SKILL
- ANALYSIS
- Unconditionally increases the user's Fire DMG. When the user's HP exceeds a certain value, Total DMG will be increased. Garuda can easily achieve the trigger condition from her Passive Skills and Exclusive Stigmata.

- Restoring or losing a certain value of HP at once triggers the Fire DMG Vulnerability and SP-Recovery effects respectively for a certain amount of time. Garuda's Current HP Value frequently changes, so the Buff Effects can be considered as permanent when used by Fenghuang of Vicissitude.
WEAPON COMPARISON
This test is done in fixed gears to the characters involved throughout the test using their Best in Slot gears and no ELF included, Gene Limits are OFF, no Emblem and Dorm Buffs are Max.
DPS DUMMY TEST
Ai Chans Notes: Dummy Enemy does not reflect an actual Abyss Performance since it has no Attribute Advantage or Disadvantage, and it has fixed DEF and RES. Additionally, tests are done only in one rotation, repeating 3 times and taking the average before graphing them. Repeating it many times doesn't make any sense in actual performance, it's just to ensure that the Dummy Test Result is consistent.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Torch of Eons: Skyfire is an excellent Fire DMG Fist. It provides Garuda with additional DMG multiplier, Total DMG, Fire DMG and Vulnerability and also SP-recovery, which greatly improves Garuda's DMG Output. But if Captains were unlucky and failed to obtain the exclusive weapon, Captain can use the following as a substitute.
RECOMMENDED BATTLESUITS
The exclusive Weapon of Fenghuang of Vicissitude perfectly fits her mechanics, and the DMG Increase requirement and trigger conditions, and the Buffs are properly met, and the overall bonus effects are magnificent. Also, it is recommended to pay attention to the duration of Feather of Burning Mark and retrigger the effects to avoid losing a part of DMG Multiplier.
Although some passive conditions are difficult to achieve, both the extremely Fire DMG and Total DMG provided by Passive Skill and Weapon Active Skill respectively is enough to cover the DMG Output of Phoenix. It provides a satisfactory advantage, and the Passive Skill condition of losing HP can be triggered by taking DMG from the enemies and provide a quite decent SP-recovery effects. So, it can be used by Phoenix as an alternative Weapon.
Some of the passive conditions are also difficult to achieve, but the unconditional Fire DMG and Total DMG provided by Passive Skill and Weapon Active Skill respectively is enough to cover the DMG Output of Azure Empyrea. It provides a satisfactory advantage, and the Passive Skill condition of losing HP can be triggered by taking DMG from the enemies or her Skill to trigger the SP-recovery effects. So, it can be used by Phoenix as an alternative Weapon.
SUMMARY
- When Fenghuang of Vicissitude used weapons other than her exclusive weapon Torch of Eons or Torch of Eons: Skyfire, some Weapon Active Skills and related buffs cannot be triggered through the Weapon Skill Button.
- Oblivion Down is the best Alternative Weapon for Fenghuang of Vicissitude. Although, Oblivion Down Passive Skill 1 cannot be triggered as the trigger condition was its Weapon Active Skill and Fenghuang of Vicissitude stayed as for Switching Stances. Additionally, the gap between the Torch of Eons: Skyfire and Oblivion Down is ~20%.
- Only Fenghuang of Vicissitude can utilize the extent buffs of Torch of Eons: Skyfire. If Captain do plan to pull for Garuda. it is highly recommended to at least obtain Torch of Eons: Skyfire first.
- Having no Torch of Eons: Skyfire for Garuda is worse than having no Fu Hua: Ordinary Days TB.
