Before we jump into the guide, Captains need to know that Fenghuang of Vicissitude has 2 gameplay styles in the Elysian Realm, namely Basic ATK and Combo ATK which will be discussed in 2 different posts, this post will specifically discuss about Basic ATK Playstyle.

ABOUT VALKYRIES
Fenghuang of Vicissitude is a BIO-type melee fighter dealing Fire DMG. With great survivability, she can switch between Punch Stance and Kick Stance in battle.
VALKYRIE TAGS
Fire DMG: Skill deals Fire DMG.
Time Mastery: Skill triggers Time Slow. Time Slowed enemies move more slowly.
SPECIAL ADJUSMENT
Character Adjustment
Valkyrie stats and skill levels are adjusted to Lv. 80.
After losing stacks of Normal Signets of Vicissitude or Soldier's Remembrance on being hit, will not lose them again within 15s.
Increases the max stack count of Normal Signets of Vicissitude by 10.
Barrier of Phoenix's Flames starts at 3000 pts and maxes at 5000 pts. Restores 1 HP per second.
Destiny of the Flame-Chasers
Flame-Chasing Destiny: Extra chance to choose Signet of Ego when each challenge round begins.
Basic ATK Adjustment
Peace Reigns Under Heaven's Basic ATK DMG boost stays continuously active, and Combo ATK DMG increases for the same amount.
Evasion Skill Adjustment
Fiery Cloud Impact and Rampant Blades triggered by exclusive Signets will not trigger the HP and SP regen effects of Support Toppling Mountains.

Because the beta version 7.2 only displays phase 1 buffs, this guide was made based on data from phase 1 buffs. But I have adapted it to the phase 2 buff whose information is taken from beta version 7.2 CN.

EQUIPMENT RECOMMENDATION
Recommended
For equipment, her signature weapon Torch of Eons: Skyfire (Pri-Arm version) / Torch of Eons and stigma Fu Hua: Ordinary Day - Flavors of Time Set is the best choice.
Alternative
You can use Oblivion Down or Nocturnal Stealth: Beam as a weapon, for stigma you can use Leeuwenhoek (TB) + Murata Himeko (M), Murata Himeko Set, or Carlo Collodi (TB) + Murata Himeko (M).

First choose "Blessing of Attainment" and "Blessing of Arcane Traces". If you get another Exclusive Signet, choose "Blessing of Observation".

Fenghuang of Vicissitude - Basic Attack Playstyle
How to play it is very simple, First do Basic ATK 5 SEQ > then press the Ultimate Button > press the Weapon Skill to change movements and also activate Griseo Signet [Red] > do Basic ATK again 5 SEQ.
As additional information, the Basic ATK movements in Fiery Cloud Impact and Rampant Blades are connected into one so you can also perform Basic ATK continuously.
