I'll talk about the signature weapon of Fenghuang of Vicissitude - Torch of Eons and its PRI-ARM version - Torch of Eons: Skyfire.

The weapon can be obtained through Focused Supply in v7.2.
And it was UP in the supply alongside her Stigmata set.
Guaranteed to get all UP equipment in 200 pulls.
As you may know, Fenghuang of Vicissitude's character supply comes with extra bonuses.
Some of the bonuses are weapon and Stigmata selector box, so you gain benefit if you pull first from the character's supply, at least you can get Stigmata selector box within 60 pulls and for the rest you can pull from her Focused Supply.
It is actually a wiser option in my opinion.

☆ Active Skill - World Like a Furnace ☆
Analysis
Casting Weapon Active Skill creates a domain called Pocket Dimension. It lasts for 5s.
The domain will be created with the host as its center and stay where it's created and doesn't follow the host.
Pocket Dimension
While within the Pocket Dimension, gains 30% extra Total DMG buff. This effect lasts for 10s even after leaving the domain.
When Fenghuang of Vicissitude equip this weapon, QTEs and switching stances can triggger the Pocket Dimension.
The Pocket Dimension inflicts the corresponding Feather Burning Mark on enemies within it based on the current stance and removes the Feather Burning Mark of the other stance.
Punch Mark
Kick Mark
The Pocket Dimension and all Marks are cleared upon exit.
Feather Burning Mark
After enemies inflicted by the Marks, it lasts for 5s.
When an enemy marked with Feather Burning Mark is hit by a Combo ATK of the corresponding stance, the Mark will detonate and deal 150% ATK of Fire DMG.
☆ Passive Skill - Heart Like a Porcelain ☆
Analysis
Nothing confusing.
The host will get buffs such as 30% more Fire DMG and when the host's max HP exceeds 7000, gains 20% Total DMG increase.
Effects
★ Generates a Pocket Dimension that lasts for 5s.
★ 30% Fire DMG
★ 20% Total DMG when max HP exceeds 7000
Fenghuang of Vicissitude Bonus
★ Her QTEs and switching stances can trigger the Pocket Dimension.
Pocket Dimension
The Pocket Dimension inflicts the corresponding Feather Burning Mark on enemies within it based on the current stance and removes the Mark of the other stance.

Can be crafted after upgrading the non Pri-ARM version

The grass that rustled from these winds sounded like footsteps in the night. Regardless of what had happened, everything was over in a blink of an eye.
Reunion and separation alike were inevitable in the tides of time.
As peace returned, it brought enlightenment. Mortality was not a fleeting journey, but a path back home.

Analysis
Nothing confusing.
The host will get buffs such as 30% more Fire DMG and when the host's max HP exceeds 7000, gains 20% Total DMG increase.
☆ Passive Skill - Millennial Peace ☆
Analysis
When the host recovers 500 HP at once makes all enemies take 24% more Fire DMG for 15s from the host.
Also restoring 15 SP if losing 100 HP at once when the host is on the field (CD: 15s).
It suits Fenghuang of Vicissitude's mechanics which is about burning her life and recovering from it.
Effects
★ Generates a Pocket Dimension that lasts for 5s.
★ 30% Fire DMG
★ 20% Total DMG when max HP exceeds 7000
★ 24% Fire DMG Taken for 15s when recovering 500 HP at once
★ Restores 15 SP if losing 100 HP at once when the host is on the field

In this comparison, the tests are done without ELF, Gene Limit buff and emblem. The details are:

☆ Alternatives ☆
Oblivion Down
Still good enough for the alternative but as you know the difference between the PRI-ARM version of her her signature is around 18% and it's huge. Maybe you need 1-2 rotations to cover it.
Cinder Hawk
Shockingly (in terms of a 5-star weapon), it exceed the 6-star weapons.
Although its stat much smaller but still make up fo it.
Grants the wielder Elemental DMG buff.
Cosmic Duality
Actually, it is more fit for a Support and maybe because of that the result is not good.
But still the weapon grants the wielder Fire DMG bonus.
Grisps of Tai Xuan
A pocket-friendly weapon for Captains.
The weapon is a Divine Key and you can get Divine Keys' buffs from it.
Before 7.3 update, Captains can still obtain it from Co-op and after 7.3 you can obtain it from Realms of Battle which is a new mode.
✦ Conclusion ✦
Is her weapon worth to pull?
If you pull Garuda, I will definitely say her weapon is worth it. Despite the fact that her gameplay doesn't depend on her weapon.
The gap of damage output between PRI-ARM version of her signature weapon and the other weapons is huge.
Either you get it from the Selector Box or the supply, it's worth it. But I would say her Expansion Supply is a win-win solution for you, Captains. You can get the Selector Box for a stigmata within 60 pulls and the weapon Selector Box within 110 pulls alongside a probability of getting her to S1/S2 and even S2+.
When you put it all together, of course the weapon is not a problem anymore.
