✧ Torch of Eons ✧
Torch of Eons is only available in Gacha supplies.
In 7.2 it'll have its first supply:
You're guaranteed to get one new gear piece (includes weapon and Stigmata pieces) every 50 pulls.
Meaning you're guaranteed to get the weapon within 200 pulls.
Alternatively, get a selection box including Torch of Eons after spending at least 110 times.
On the global servers, these banners release on January 18th and end on February 16th.
✧ Torch of Eons: Skyfire ✧
Torch of Eons: Skyfire can be crafted in the foundry after obtaining Torch of Eons.

✦ Weapon Comparison ✦
NOTE: These lists may not 100% apply to actual abyss runs due to different factors. This list is only supposed to give you a general idea of the budget Weapon DMG loss.
(Just don't...)
✦ SP Considerations ✦
By missing the weapon you effectively lose out on at least ~15 SP a rot.
I'll look at a run starting with 90 SP now and write down how many SP I have left before her Ultimate each rotation.
Sig weapon | Duality | 2* weap
Rot 1: 185 | 164 | 164
Rot 2: 175 | 149 | 139
Rot 3: 164 | 134 | 114
Rot 4: 155 | 119 | 89
Conclusion: Without her signature weapon you might have to skip one Ultimate a fight. However, the DMG loss should be the main issue, also because it will have a bigger impact on your DMG.
In MA the issue will be bigger probably.
The SP lack overall can be annoying, but shouldn't be the main issue of a weapon less Garuda.
✦ Gameplay ✦
✦ Conclusion ✦
The weapon has no use for other Valkyries.
However, the DMG loss from not having the weapon for Garuda will be insane. 110 pulls on Garuda's supply to get the weapon easily.
Garuda overall really wants her weapon and I strongly recommend you to get it if you're getting Garuda.
