★ INTRODUCTION ★
After the 7.2 update, we gonna have a new Stigmata set : Flavors of Time
I will explain you how to get the set, the analysis and skills and compare to other stigmata options and show you some gameplay with it.
This set is the signature set and also the best for Fenghuang of Vicissitude the new S-Rank Battlesuit reccently added in 7.2.

You can obtain the set: Flavors of Time through Equipment Expansion Supply.
The banner is going to be release at the same time as 7.2 at January 18.
Each 50 pulls guaranteed a new equipement piece (weapon or stigmata).
In the worst case you obtain her set with 200 pulls.
1 pulls = 280 crystals, 10 pulls = 2800 crystals

You can obtain additionnals rewards by pulling on Fenghuang of Vicissitude Expansion Supply banner.
Only in 7.2
You can obtain stigamata selection or equipment box at :
✧ 60 pulls: Stigmata selection box x1
✧ 110 pulls: Equipment selection box x1
✧ 150 pulls: Stigmata selection box x1
✧ 190 pulls: Stigmata selection box x1
So get a 4/4 Hua with 190 pulls and some copies is pretty nice.

✧ +500 max HP
(This increase is unaffected by max HP percentage increases)
✧ +20% Fire DMG taken for 10s when recovering HP
★ Ordinary Day (B) ★

GENERAL SELF BONUS :
✧ +30% Total DMG
✧ +50 Fire DMG (neither ultimate, burst mode)
✧ +20% Fire DMG when HP at 75% or below (ultimate, burst mode)
FENGHUANG OF VICISSITUDE BONUS
✧ +40% Fire DMG when HP at 75% or below (ultimate, burst mode)
★ 2 pieces set: Hustle and Bustle ★
GENERAL SELF BONUS :
✧ +3,5% Total DMG by recovering or losing HP, up to 10 times (so 35%). Stacking CD: 0,4s.
★ 3 pieces set: The Many Walks of Life ★
GENERAL SELF BONUS :
✧ +3% Total DMG by recovering or losing HP, up to 10 times (so 30%)
✧ Recovers 50 HP every 1s for 5s upon exit.
FU HUA BONUS
✧ +27% Total DMG
★ STIGMATA COMPARISON ★
Ty Hisui (best Hua stan) for letting me use her pictures, I don't have the time to do mine.
Queen Hua does definitely huge DMG with her full set, you can have good alternative like Little Joys set (M piece if you miss Ordinary Day (M)). But with a 2/3 piece you lose ~17% DMG, so the gap is huge even with alternatives.
It's really better to provide all 3 Stigmata pieces when getting Garuda.

It is worth to pull for the set : Flavors of Time ?
If you want to get Garuda Battlesuit, you need to get her stigmata too. It's a must have. Without that she can't work properly and take advantage of all the buffs from the set.
The best option is to pull on Garuda banner and get all the box until 190 pulls.
You can get a 4/4 and at least an s2 Fenghuang of Vicissitude.
