Who is Sparkle?
A member of the Masked Fools. Inscrutable and unscrupulous.
A dangerous maestro of theatrics, utterly engrossed in the art of performance. Adorned with innumerable masks, she is the hero with a thousand faces.
Wealth, status, power... None of this matters to Sparkle. The only thing that can get her attention is "amusement."

Role and presentation
Sparkle is a 5★ Quantum unit who follows the Path of Harmony. She is a Support, which increases the Skill Point limit while combat and also the allies’ CRIT DMG and damage dealt. Additionally she is able to recover Skill Points for allies.

Eidolons
Eidolon 1 - Suspension of Disbelief
The Cipher effect applied by the Ultimate lasts for 1 extra turn. All allies affected by Cipher have their ATK increased by 40%.
Eidolon 2 - Purely Fictitious
Each Talent stack allows allies to ignore 8% of the enemy target's DEF when dealing DMG to enemies.
Eidolon 3 - Pipedream
Skill Lv. +2, up to a maximum of Lv. 15. Basic ATK Lv. +1, up to a maximum of Lv. 10.
Eidolon 4 - Life Is a Gamble
The Ultimate recovers 1 more Skill Point. The Talent additionally increases Max Skill Points by 1.
Eidolon 5 - Parallax Truth
Ultimate Lv. +2, up to a maximum of Lv. 15. Talent Lv. +2, up to a maximum of Lv. 15.
Eidolon 6 - Narrative Polysemy
The CRIT DMG Boost effect of Sparkle's Skill additionally increases by 30% of Sparkle's CRIT DMG, and when she uses her Skill, the CRIT DMG Boost effect will apply to all allies currently with Cipher. When Sparkle uses her Ultimate, this effect will spread to all allies with Cipher should the allied target have the CRIT DMG increase effect provided by the Skill active on them.
Traces
Basic ATK - Monodrama [Single Target]
in combat
Deals Quantum DMG equal to 50%~100% of Sparkle’s ATK to single target enemy.
Skill - Dreamdiver [Support]
in combat
Increases the CRIT DMG of a single target ally by 12.0%~24.0% of Sparkle’s CRIT DMG plus 27.0%~45.0%, lasting for 1 turn(s). And at the same time, Advances Forwards this ally’s action by 50%.
When Sparkle uses this ability on herself, the Action Advance effect will not trigger.
Ultimate - The Hero with a Thousand Faces [Support]
Recovers 4 Skill Points for the team and grants all allies Cipher. For allies with Cipher, each stack of the DMG Boost effect provided by Sparkle’s Talent additionally increases by 6.0%~10.0%, lasting for 2 turns.
Talent - Red Herring [Support]

While Sparkle is on the battlefield, additionally increases the max number of Skill Points by 2. Whenever an ally consumes 1 Skill Point, alls allies DMG dealt increases by 3.0%~6.0%.
This effect lasts for 2 turn(s) and can stack up to 3 time(s).
Bonus Abilities
A2 - Almanac
When using Basic ATK, additionally regenerates 10 Energy.
A4 - Artificial Flower
The CRIT DMG Boost effect provided by the Skill will be extended until the start of the targets next turn.
A6 - Nocturne
Increases all allies’ ATK by 15%.
When there are 1/2/3 Quantum-Type allies in the team, increases Quantum-Type allies’ ATK by 5%/15%/30%.
Technique - Unreliable Narrator [Support]

Using the Technique grants all allies Misdirect for 20 seconds. Characters with Misdirect will not be detected by enemies, and entering the battle in the Misdirect state recovers 3 Skill Point(s) for the team.
(Also great for exploring if you don't want random enemies to dirsturb you)
Lightcones
Earthly Escapade
Increases the wearer's CRIT DMG by 32%/39%/46%/53%/60%. At the start of the battle, the wearer gains Mask, lasting for 3 turn(s). While the wearer has Mask, the wearer's allies have their CRIT Rate increased by 10%/11%/12%/13%/14% and their CRIT DMG increased by 28%/35%/42%/49%/56%. For every 1 Skill Point the wearer recovers (including Skill Points that exceed the limit), they gain 1 stack of Radiant Flame. And when the wearer has 4 stacks of Radiant Flame, all the stacks are removed, and they gain Mask for 4 turn(s).
Note: Best in Slot Lightcone for Sparkle, increasing her CRIT DMG and great CRIT Buffs for allies.
But The Battle Isn’t Over
Increases the wearer's Energy Regeneration Rate by 10%/12%/14%/16%/18% and regenerates 1 Skill Point when the wearer uses their Ultimate on an ally. This effect can be triggered after every 2 uses of the wearer's Ultimate. When the wearer uses their Skill, the next ally taking action deals 30%/35%/40%/45%/50% more DMG for 1 turn(s).
Note: Second best Option increasing her Energy Regeneration Rate and additionally recovering 1 Skill Point after Ultimate plus DMG Bonus for the next ally.
Past and Future
When the wearer uses their Skill, then the next ally taking action (except the wearer) deals 16%/20%/24%/28%/32% increased DMG for 1 turn(s)
Note: Third best option and also best 4★ especially at S5 for its DMG Bonus for the next ally and it’s 100% F2P.
Dance! Dance! Dance!
When the wearer uses their Ultimate, all allies' actions are Advanced Forward by 16%/18%/20%/22%/24%
Note: Good option for SPD lacking Teams.
Planetary Rendezvous
After entering battle, when all allies deal the same DMG Type as the wearer, DMG dealt increases by 12%/15%/18%/21%/24%.
Note: Only good if your Damage Dealer is Quantum.
Relic Sets
Note: Choose the sets which suits Sparkle’s recommended Main Stats and Sub Stats the best. Still I would recommend the full Set of Messenger Traversing Hackerspace since Sparkle needs SPD and it's her BiS.
The Best in Slot in case of Ornaments is Broken Keel, which provides 10% CRIT DMG to the team, but keep in mind you need at least 30% Effect RES for Sparkle to trigger that bonus. The set of Penacony, Land of the Dreams is also a good choice through it gives additional Energy regen to Sparkle plus if your damage dealer is the same type as Sparkle, which would be Quantum, they get a DMG Bonus of 10%. So that set would be a recommendation for Quantum Teams.
Fleet of the Ageless, also a good option, because of the ATK bonus, which is a relative neutral DMG Bonus for Damage Dealers.
Also keep in mind a Miminmum SPD of 134 is required for Sparkle. A SPD amount of 160 would be ideal for her to get an additional turn.
Synergy
Sparkle is a support, which can be technically synergized with anyone, since she provides a large amount of CRIT DMG Buffs plus additional Skill Points, which makes her universal and optional for Skill Point hungry characters (certain Damage Dealers or even additional Supports like Bronya). Also she is great for Hypercarry teams. Especially because of her talent (A6 - Nocturne) she is super with Mono Quantum Teams through a max ATK increase of 30%!
Lightcone or Eidolons?
If you’re F2P or low spender I would definitely recommend Sparkle’s signature Lightcone. First of all it’s easier to get than an Eidolon, gives CRIT DMG to Sparkle and CRIT Buffs to her allies and it can be also used on Bronya.
But if you plan to get her Eidolons as F2P or low spender E2 is a good point to stop thanks to the strong buffs these two Eidolons give. E4 and E6 are also incredibly good, but not super necessary. But still, Sparkle is also a wonderful support without her signature Lightcone and at S0 since there are many optional Lightcones for her.
Keep in mind:
Sparkle with full Set Messenger Traversing Hackerspace and Broken Keel with the recommended Main Stats at S0 with her signature Lightcone is equal to E1 Sparkle with the same Relic Sets and the Lightcone Past and Future at S5, which is provided at the shop of Forgotten Hall.

Summary
Sparkle is a great Support unit for any team. She gives great CRIT Buffs and DMG Boni to the teammates and grants 50% Action Forward. So she is similar to Bronya in that case. Also she works GREAT in Quantum Teams since she is Quantum herself and grants a heavy ATK Bonus to a full Quantum Team by her A6. Aaaand no Skill Point issues anymore thanks to her~
