Important: The hidden achievements below will be based on ones achieved by just progressing through the main storyline (likely classified as hidden for spoiler purposes).
I will be providing a brief description on when it is obtained. If there are any parts in the main storyline you are stuck on or would like to have more information on, please let me know and I'll comment or make a guide (due to the picture limit here)!

โMondstadtโ 5 achievements (Total: 25 primogems)
๐After interacting with the Statue of the Seven, defeat 8 Pyro Slimes (as part of the tutorial).
Achievement will issue after defeating the 8 Pyro Slimes.
๐Upon reaching Mondstadt, there will be a battle where you must fight the dragon airborne (using your Wind Glider). Afterwards, there will be a cutscene where you meet Kaeya.
Achievement will issue after the cutscene (unlocking the Dressing Room).
๐Giving Jean and Lisa the impure crystal will trigger a cutscene.
Achievement will issue after the cutscene.
๐After being interrupted 'borrowing' the Holy Lyre and escaping to Angel Share's tavern as wanted fugitives, there'll be a cutscene with Diluc.
Achievement will issue after the cutscene.
๐After unlocking Stormterror's Domain, you can then battle Dvalin.
๐If you are struggling with your own team, you can use Venti (Trial Character).
๐Aim with a Bow Character while Dvalin is in mid-air to break down his barrier, and climb his neck to deal DMG when he's vulnerable.
๐After fighting Dvalin, there'll be an extended cutscene.
Achievement will issue after the extended cutscene.
โMondstadt (Overview)โ 4 achievements (Total: 50 primogems)
Start: After the cutscene at the start of the game where the Traveler and Paimon see Mondstadt (tutorial).
End: After completing the Temple of the Lion with Lisa.
Achievement will issue after the prompts.
Start: Listening to Jean's conversation with a Fatui member (Anastasia).
End: After failing to cure Dvalin on Starsnatch Cliff.
Achievement will issue after the cutscene.
Start: After the cutscene with Dvalin and the Abyss Mage.
End: After talking to Venti at Windrise (after the cutscene with Signora).
Achieved by completing the 3 achievements above.
โLiyueโ 13 achievements (Total: 65 primogems)
After escaping the scene of the crime, you will then reach a flight of stairs. This will then trigger a cutscene of being surrounded by Millelith guards and subsequently being rescued by a mysterious figure. After the cutscene ends, the achievement will be issued.
In order to appease Smiley Yanxiao so an Almond Tofu can be made for Xiao, chase Dusky Ming and defeat the Ruin Hunter. After having a conversation with her, the achievement will be issued.
Preparing for the 'Rite of Parting' with Zhongli, you will need to find the right perfume. Once preparing the Silk Flower Essence with Ying'er, offer the perfume to the Statue of the Seven.
Touch the teapot in order to teleport to the domain inside in order to search for the Cleansing Bell for Zhongli. Once the domain is completed, you can get the Cleansing Bell.
The achievement will be issued after convincing 3 people to help finish prepare the 'Rite of Parting' (Tic, Tac and Toe).
You will need to repair the Guizhong Ballista after trying to search for the legendary 'Cocogoat'. Once you've reported back to Qiqi, the achievement will then be issued after the conversation with Baizhu, Qiqi, Zhongli and Childe (cutscene).
The achievement will be issued after talking to Zhongli, putting the Everlasting Incense on the table.
You will need to prepare a gift for when you both visit the Jade Chamber (Paimon's idea). After talking to Xingxi to obtain the box, the achievement will then be issued.
Talk to Bu'yun to ride the platform to ascend to the Jade Chamber. After a cutscene where you talk to Ningguang, the achievement will then be issued.
Meet with Zhongli where you'll need to find Wild Glaze Lillies to grind into powder and place in a censer of Everlasting Incense for the 'Rite of Parting'. After singing a song to them, Cryo Whopperflowers will spawn. During this, the achievement will be issued.
Go to the Golden House, a domain where you have to battle Childe after the cutscene. Upon beating his 3 phases, the achievement will then be issued.
There will be a long battle where you have to defeat the incoming Fatui members and protect the Guizhong Ballistas (health/durability indicated by a percentage). After doing so and going through the extended custscene, the achievement will then be issued.
After the cutscene with Ningguang, Ganyu and Keqing (with the Traveler asking for missing person posters to be put up), the achievement will then be issued.
โLiyue (Overview)โ 3 achievements (Total: 25 primogems)
Start: Heading to Liyue for the 'Rite of Descension'.
End: After having a conversation with Childe, returning from Jueyun Karst.
Start: After learning that the Qixing have hidden the vessel away.
End: After the cutscene in Third-Round Knockout (Zhongli treating you to a meal).
Start: When Ganyu has invited you to visit the Jade Chamber.
End: After hearing/witnessing the aftermath of the 'Rite of Parting', then finally talking to Zhongli.
