Hyperbloom is the optimal build for Raiden Shogun as a Sub DPS, using Flower of Paradise Lost or Gilded Dreams artifacts to amplify reaction damage. While Elemental Mastery is the primary stat to focus on, Energy Recharge is still beneficial for supporting the team.
In theory, Flower of Paradise Lost offers higher damage potential, but Gilded Dreams is more efficient to farm, especially if you're also farming Deepwood Memories for your Dendro Support.
