Elysian Realm 5.5
With version 5.5, Spina Astera and Palatinus Equinox (PE) were added to the game and not to mention, they are also playable in Elysian Realm (ER). New difficulties were added to ER which discourages the use of Burst-type Valkyries while encouraging the use of weapon skills. There is also a difficulty option that allows you to fight HoD Minion instead of Nihilus Husk which is in favor of PE. This guide focuses on PE's gameplay in ER, her equipment, recommended difficulty options, and lastly, her signet build.

Palatinus Equinox in Elysian Realm
PE's gameplay in ER mainly focuses on her Knight form or her mounted form which is activated by tapping the ultimate button. In this form, holding the attack button when her ICHOR bar is fully charged allows you to Sprint, dealing damage to enemies. Releasing the attack button or fully consuming the bar unleashes Elite Thrust which deal a huge amount of damage. Using the ultimate evasion skill recharges her bar allowing you to use both of these again. Note that Sprint and Elite Thrust (and her ultimate) have 100% crit rate, this is very important.

Now for her adjustments in ER, she gets another charge for her evasion skill and a shield that lasts for 15 seconds. This shield absorbs 20% of max HP and 25% of the current lost HP. In addition, total damage taken is reduced by 80% when you have the shield. Using evasion skill not only refreshes the ICHOR bar, but it also refreshes the shield and restores 25% of the max HP. Evasion skill also gives PE a Knight Guardian buff which would be explained later.

Equipment
Signature Gears - 150 Difficulty

Midnight Ataegina and Bianka: Theater are of course her best-in-slot equipment. However in ER where her Knight form is mostly used, some of the buffs such as crit rate from the stigmata and weapon might be wasted.
F2P Option - 130 Difficulty

This build capitalizes on the fact that her sprint and elite thrust always crits. Marco Polo (M) and Michelangelo (B) provides crit damage while her source of physical and total damage would be from the signets in ER. The lance can be substituted with any of the 5-star options, I personally went with this weapon due to its aesthetics.
I would consider this build as the minimum for 130 difficulty. If you have better equipment, then feel free to use those instead.

Difficulty Options, Supports, and Sigil
Difficulty Options

Enemy Enhanced: HP
As a general rule for 130 difficulty, you want to avoid this option since enemies become tankier and have millions of HP in later floors.
Enemy Enhanced: ATK and Berserk
PE gets a shield in ER so this will not matter as much. These should always be picked even with other Valkyries since mitigating damage is easy with signets and heals in ER.
Type Rejection: Elemental and Physical
For PE and other physical Valkyries, it is better to choose Type Rejection: Physical since this will not reduce their physical damage. For elemental Valkyries, the other option should be chosen.
Enemy Enhanced: Ascent
This option replaces Nihilus Husk in floor 16 to HoD Minion. For PE, this should be chosen due to type advantage (IMG-type is weak against itself) plus the fact that her ultimate also directly damages HoD Minion's core.
DMG Rejection: Weapon Skill
Unfortunately, PE in her Knight form can only use her weapon skill once every 25 seconds so most of the time, enemies will have the 15% physical damage reduction.
Enemy Enhanced: Immortality
PE does not have a burst mode so the extra 15% total damage reduction does not apply.
Supports and Sigil
Early Floors

For the early floors, Valkyrie Chariot is a must to gather the enemies. Blood Rose or Divine Prayer can be used as the second support and it's really up to you. BR gives 60% total damage for 10 seconds while DP has an 80% impair for that can last up to 17 seconds. For the sigil, Mad King's Mask is recommended since PE's priority is the Signet of Decimation.
Middle Floors

After Benares, Bright Knight Excelsis is a must in order to pass Heimdall. PE cannot break Heimdall's shield except and BKE is the answer to that problem. For the second support, it can be VC for the gather or DP for the impair which is useful especially when fighting Heimdall. The sigil choice here depends on which signets you lack at the moment.
Higher Floors

At the last shop at floor 14, you can forgo VC and focus on damage. Snowy Sniper may be a better choice compared to BR because SS increases the physical damage taken by enemies by 35% for 12 seconds whereas BR only increases total damage% which is very abundant in ER. For the sigil, Home Lost can be used to gain extra portal resets for floor 15, note that picking this locks your supports and sigil so make sure to choose your supports first. Alternatively, the sigil Stained Sakura can be used to boost sakura screen's damage.

Signet Build
Blessing of ■■
I will only focus on two Blessings, Gallop and Abyssal Chant, since these are pretty much what you need when you use her Knight form. Getting these two early on lets you spam her Sprint and Elite Thrust which is where most of her damage comes from. You can also use other Blessings such as Equinox but it is up to your discretion.
Blessing of Gallop

This is your starting signet. It gives physical damage and boosts the damage of Sprint and Elite Thrust based on HP lost. This signet also drains your HP to 1, making her a suitable user for Kalpas signets. Staying at very low HP should not be a problems since PE gains a very sturdy shield in ER. Another thing to note is performing Elite Thrust after draining her ICHOR bar will consume the Knight Guardian buff rom using the evasion skill) which restores the ICHOR bar to full once again. This allows you to spam Sprint and Elite Thrust.

Blessing of Abyssal Chant

Getting this basically removes the downtime when using Sprint and Elite Thrust since it restores two evasion skill charges after casting the ultimate.

Blessing of Equinox

This is entirely optional as it only gives extra total and physical damage, both of which are very abundant in ER.
Signet of Decimation - 2nd Core

The HP drain mechanic from Blessing of Gallop makes PE a suitable user of the Signets of Decimation, and the new enhanced signets also fit her very well as it increases her HP which also boosts the effects of the normal signets. These are the signets that are good for her:
Blood, Grave, and Scar
-Every 100 HP loss boosts total damage by 1% (up to 1.6%)
Bone, Blood, and Ribbon
-Every 100 HP loss boosts physical and elemental damage by 0.8% (up to 1.3%)
Desireless, Mindless, and Homeless
-Losing HP boosts total damage taken by enemies by 25% (up to 40%) for 8s.
Path, Misfortune, and Written Fate (Optional)
-Max HP increases by 25% (up to 40%)
Soldiers, Scissors, Spoils, and Slaughter - 2nd Core
-Valkyrie's HP can't exceed 18% of max HP. Grants Bloodboil Garment which charges when the Valkyrie gets healed, max 1800 charges. Bloodboil Garment charges are also added to the Valkyrie's max HP.
Hometown, Homeland, Friends, and Acquaintances
-Gives 25% physical and elemental breach when Bloodboil Garment is above 1500 charges
Body, Bones, Heart, and Soul
-Getting healed allows the next attack to deal 800% adaptive damage when Bloodboil Garment is above 1500 charges. CD of 5s.
Signet of Setsuna - 1st Core

PE can activate her evasion skill on demand so she's also a great user of the Signet of Setsuna. The following signets are good for her:
Bountiful Blossom: Fuji
-Ultimate evasion skill has 1 more charge and 10% (up to 16%) reduced CD
Bountiful Blossom: Koyo
-Triggering ultimate evasion skill boosts total damage taken by all enemies by 30% (up to 48%) for 8s
Bountiful Blossom: Ayame
-Triggering ultimate evasion skill restores 12 sp (up to 21)
Bountiful Blossom: Botan (Optional)
-Triggering ultimate evasion skill boosts total damage by 40% (up to 64%) for 8s
Setsuna Blade: Sakura ni Maku - 1st Core
-Using evasion skill 3 times activates sakura screen for 3s. Enemies lose 40% of the damage they received during this duration.
Setsuna Blade: Ino-Shika-Cho
-Moving around pauses sakura screen up to 3s
Signet of Bodhi - 1st Core

PE can rack up combo count quite decently so Signet of Bodhi can be used. The 1st core is more suited for physical valkyires since it involves the enemy's shields. Here are the recommended signets for PE:
Motto of Di***-Cakkhu
-Combo count is reset at 150 to increase total damage taken by enemies by 35% (up to 56%) for 10s.
Motto of Asavakkhaya
-Attacks grant 25 combo count, 5s CD.
Motto of Pubbe-Navasanussati
-Combo count is reset at 150 to increase total damage by 55% (up to 88%) for 10s.
Motto of Seto-Pariya-Nana (Optional)
-Combo count is reset at 150 to restore 30 SP (up to 48)
Motto of Iddhi-Vidha (Optional)
-Combo count is increased to 60 when below 60, 10s CD.
Maxim of Bodhi - 1st Core
-At 60/100/150 combo, unleash karma wheels that deal 500%/1000%/1600% of adaptive damage
Maxim of Santam
-Karma wheels deal 100% bonus damage to shields and 500% adaptive damage to unshielded enemies
Other Signets
For the other signets, Signet of Vicissitude or Signet of Gold can be used as a filler or as a substitute for Signet of Bodhi. Both of these signets can give a lot of extra physical and bonus damage provided that their conditions are satisfied. Vicissitude in particular has a signet that gives physical breach which can be beneficial especially in later floors.

Sample Gameplay

And that's all since any more would be excessive. Hope you guys get her in 5.5!
