Hello captains! A new battlesuit for Durandal called 'Palatinus Equinox' has finally made it's way to be the 2nd Imaginary

type valkyrie in the game with the other one being Raven.

Palatinus Equinox is an S rank Imaginary type Physical DPS that excels in shredding down Imaginary type

enemies with her unique ultimate that can deal damage to it's core even without the body being destroyed!

Without further ado, let's take a look at her kit :

✦ SKILLS ✦

Passive : Aria Palatinus

Palatinus Equinox will stack ICHOR (the bar above your HP) over time (Max 300). Using weapon skill restores 50 ICHOR.

Palatinus Equinox can also switch from Guardian form to Knight form or vice versa by tapping the ultimate. Doing so will reset your ICHOR bar fully. Switching forms also resets your Evasion skill CD (Cooldown 12s). Knight mode also regenerates your ICHOR faster. When your ICHOR is full in knight mode, your movement speed will increase.

Guardian Mode

Basic Attack : Immortal Kaslana

Palatinus Equinox performs up to 4 thrusts, dealing Physical damage. If you have her signature weapon equipped, you can do a follow up attack with your weapon skill at the end of the attack

Special Attack : Equinox Severance

When max ICHOR, Palatinus Equinox performs a Equinox Severance that deals physical damage and also trigger a 3s global time fracture. If you have her signature weapon equipped, you can do a follow up attack with your weapon skill at the end of the attack to deal more damage.

Evasion : Duality of Antinomy

Pressing the evasion trigger defense and doing a forward evasion triggers a Shield ram. When enemies hit you when in defense or when your shield ram hits enemies, it will trigger retaliation, triggering a global time fracture and follows up with her special attack.

Knight Mode

Basic Attack : Glorious Shariac

Palatinus Equinox performs up to 4 thrusts, dealing Physical damage.

Special Attack : Elite Thrust

When your ICHOR is full, hold attack to trigger Elite Thrust, charging towards nearby enemies and dealing continuous Physical damage. She will deal an upward slash when ICHOR goes to 0 or when you release the attack button.

Evasion : Duality of Antinomy

Pressing evasion will trigger your evasion skill, inflicting global time fracture and also fully stacking your ICHOR

When your ICHOR is fully stacked, pressing evasion will trigger a Stomp that deals physical damage on impact.

QTE : Symmetry Breaking

Triggered by Time slow or Knocking enemies airborne, Palatinus Equinox induce Knight form and stomps down at nearby enemies, dealing physical damage.

Ultimate : Equinox March

When in Guardian or Knight form, hold the Ultimate button to a mighty blow that deals massive amount of Physical damage. When hitting an IMG enemy, partial of the damage dealt at the Nihilius Shell will be transferred to the Nihilius Seed as shown below.

There not really any good substitute when it comes to her weapon as her weapon enables the ability to follow up your attacks In Guardian mode to deal insane amount of damage. But you can still replace it with Abyss flower / Hler's Atraxia, but it won't be as effective. Try to get her weapon IF you are trying to pull her.

Skill preview

When in Guardian form, Palatinus Equinox shoots a barrage of shots, dealing Physical damage. It can also be follow up with your attack as stated above

When in Knight form, Palatinus Equinox performs a throw attack, dealing Physical damage

Herrscher of Sentience and Carole is an amazing support for Palatinus Equinox with their amazing support capabilities. You can also swap Herrscher of Sentience with Celestial Hymn if you don't have her.

- Palatinus Equinox is an Amazing Physical DPS that excels in taking down IMG type enemies and also all Physical+ bosses

- Should I Invest in her? Yes! You should get her if you want to have high scores and ease yourself when fighting IMG type enemies. Try to get her weapon as her weapon gives a huge boost to your damage and also gives a unique follow up ability for Palatinus Equinox's Guardian form attack. She is also fairly F2P friendly and can use many forgeable Physical stigmata that are available.
