Based on the special adjustment and explanation about Palantinus Equinox exclusive signet, Gallop Blessing + Special Adjustment + Kalpas 2nd core is a perfect combo. At Kalpas 2nd core, you can get more damage and buff based on your healing or restore HP. it's very related to PE Gallop Blessing + Special Adjustment that can Lose and Heal her HP by herself. so take Gallop Blessing For the first time.

Signet Recommendation
as I've said, Gallop Blessing + Special Adjustment + Kalpas 2nd core is a perfect combo. Kalpas 2nd core signet is really good for PE, cuz PE can auto lose HP and heal by herself. you can get more dmg and buff from kalpas 2nd core by healing yourself. The next Priority is Sakura. PE can auto rigger evasion skill which suit for sakura signet. use 1st core cuz we need to reduce the ult cooldown. sakura 1st core has a good combo for abyssal chant blessing.
Support Recommendation
i use BR and Chariot for support, I think BR is best for her and chariot is optional, you can replace it with LE for more SP

On floor 16 against HoD, PE has a huge advantage! PE's ULT can deal damage directly into the HoD's seed core. even if you can't kill the core at the time, you can use ULT for dealing damage directly into HoD's seed core. Just use ULT as often as you can.
