Foreword
Version 5.5 brings along 2 new additions to our much appreciated weekly crystal farming simulator, the Elysian Realm (ER)!
This guide will be focusing on one of them - Spina Astera.
Spina Astera, or SpA (in fact Spina sounds more endearing so we shall use this name instead) in short, is Rita's latest fire based DPS battlesuit. Alongside her bestie Palatinus Equinox, Spina brings about an energetic change to ER in 5.5!

ER Exclusives

As per Elysian Realm tradition, valkyries enjoy new exclusive skills.
For Spina, she gets her Astrum (same bar as Dea Anchora) boosted to its maximum at the start of every battle. She also gains innate HP recovery after donning Astral Harness, albeit only a tiny amount, which goes away after ending the form. Invincibility will be granted most of the time Spina performs charged attacks in Astral Harness.

Which Signets to choose?
Here's a general overview of her exclusive signets.

TL;DR: Get every exclusive signet.
All of Spina's exclusive signets are wonderful. If a ranking were to exist, then Radiant Formation would be the top candidate. Reducing ultimate cooldown and restoring Astrum is too good of a deal. Wild Flare can be a good follow-up with its SP and tiny Astrum regeneration.
The others offer substantial buff, with Star Quillon being the most lackluster.

How about her other signets?
Her arsenal consists of these Flame Chasers - Kevin, Eden, and Su.
Kevin was chosen because most of Spina's damage comes after activating her ultimate. Eden provides an extremely potent damage buff that increases over time... and Su, well, seems like I have been using Su's signets very often? I promise he does contribute too.
For Kevin's basic signets, choose: Elemental Breach, Total Damage (TDM), Elemental Damage, and 3 SP/s.
For Eden's basic signets, try: 3% TDM, 2.5% Physical/Elemental Damage, and 1.5 SP/s.
For Su's basic signets, go for: 55% self TDM, 35% TDM taken by enemies, 60 combo. 30 SP and the 25 Combo signets are optional.

Blade of the Deliverer synergises with Spina in her continuous usage of ultimate skill. Echo of Gold is subsequently activated, establishing the start of a cycle in maintaining the Final Echo status. Eden's Remembrance Sigil, Good Old Days, helps a little in prolonging the state.
Dictum of Bodhi is there to debuff an enemy to help Spina with a portion of her much needed damage increase. This core certainly does not help with attaining auditory nirvana.

What supports to bring along?

VC - AE - BR
(BK for Heim, VK for damage)
Valkyrie Chariot (VC) is a handy gatherer with a low summon cooldown. She can help gather enemies from every corner of a stage, mitigating the shortcomings of Spina. Azure Empyrea (AE) can gather too, and grants a huge elemental buff to the valkyrie. The only downside is her long cooldown.
Bright Knight: Excelsis (BK) is used to fill the heavy trauma of Aesir Heimdall. Classic stuff.
Blood Rose (BR) provides TDM buff to the valkyrie at the cost of HP, Spina does not mind this one bit.

Strategy
Choose Radiant Formation on floor 1. Roll for an Elysia portal on floor 2 and grab Wild Flare. Floor 3 can be either Kevin or another Elysia portal, while 4 is dedicated to Kevin. Floor 5 is to get your Kevin core if you have gotten it in the previous floor, else shift your focus to getting upgraded Kevin signets. Choose between Phyllis’ Shop or an RNG blessed Elysia portal on floor 6. You can then either choose to complete Kevin’s upgraded signet arsenal on floor 7, or get another Flame Chaser’s signets.

Floor 8 houses a flightless dragon. It is unable to fly unless you camp in the air for an extended period of time. Following its defeat, floors 9-11 are great opportunities to acquire more Eden/Su signets. Remember to upgrade the currently available signets.
Floor 12 houses an angry robot and its sidekick. You’ll know whether your preparation up to this point was sufficient or not upon fighting the robot. Leave floors 13-15 up to fate.
Floor 16 houses a terrifying abomination with plot-armour. Its core regeneration speed really needs to be nerfed. As aforementioned, Eden's core benefits Spina very well. To ensure an unbroken Echo of Gold streak, the inputs are as follows: Ult > A A A hold A (A = basic attack button) > Harness > A A A hold A (or A A A A A hold A) > Ult > repeat. The video below will show how it is done.

For some unknown reason, Elysia and Mobius are afraid to fight in this beta.

Video time!
