Q: I just want to pull PE. Do I really need to have HoS and HoF?
Get HoS first. You can consider skipping HoF and go straight for PE
Q: Is SPA better than VK?
VK is, unfortunately, dead.
Q: Mobius or Silverwing first?
Mobius is generally better - has multiple 1-2s Arena kills, beats Andrius, has damage link mechanic, fastest clear in Elysian Realm, etc. Silverwing coverage is a bit smaller but still good. In 5.6, the new valkyrie seems to be an Ice support, so Silverwing might see more actions in the near future.
FIREPOWER SUPPLY
- Firepower supply is make your own supply by choosing 5 weapons and 5 stigma sets from the list.Can only do one 10 pull (2800 crystal). Guarantees a NEW gear
-You should pull if you're missing a gear and you can make it a guaranteed drop (by choosing other stuff that you already have)

ELF SUPPLY
ELFs are very very very late-game investment. This is something you only want to consider pulling after getting fully geared teams. A f2p shouldn't even think laying their fingers anywhere near the ELF gacha tab.
