A Ridu's Journey
1) Social Death Experience
Make the marmot in the corner of Cheesetopia let out a shriek. Teleport to Cheesetopia in Blazewood and interact with the Grumpy Groundhog until the end and you will get this achievement. This is only possible if you complete the Overload's Feast event and complete the decoration.
2) Deep Concern
Check through everything on the desk in Section 6's office. Teleport to Section 6 Office in HAND (Complete the latest Phaethon Story if the area is not available to you) and interact with everything on every member's desk: Harumasa's Medical Record, Soukaku's Book, Yanagi's File Pile, Childish Doodle, Sketch Paper & MIyabi's Scroll.
3) Photography Prohibited
Take a photo of the Photography Prohibited sign by the wall outside the HAND building. Teleport to HAND Headquarters and take a photo of the no-photography sign on the wall (a prompt will appear if you aim your camera to the sign).
4) Fishing Prohibited
Attempt to fish by the "Fishing Prohibited" sign at Port Elpis. Teleport to Port Elpis (Complete the latest Phaethon Story if this area is not available to you) and interact with the signboard first, near the Sage in a Barrel.
After that, you can interact with the Fishing Rod near 2 NPCs to get this achievement.
5) DO NOT ENTER
Attempt to enter through the door with a "DO NOT ENTER" sign at Reverb Arena. Teleport to Reverb Arena (Complete the latest Phaethon Story if this area is not available to you) and interact with the door that has the Do Not Enter signboard.
6) Nothing Can Stop You
Brave violation: interact with the three signs at the Port, Reverb Arena, and HAND Building in reverse. Complete the achievement #3, #4, #5, and you should get this achievement (I got it automatically after completing achievement #5).
7) Special Music
Listen to the recording at the drink stand at the Reverb Arena. Teleport to Reverb Arena and interact with the radio to get this achievement.
8) Tonight the moon... Oh, it's cloudy.
Take a photo of the exhaust fan above Reverb Arena late at night. Teleport to Reverb Arena, make sure to change the time to midnight and look above to take a picture of the huge exhaust fans (a prompt will appear if you aim your camera to the sign).
9) When Will We Return to Port? (TBA)
Find the item pick-up code at Port Elpis and attempt to collect the item.
10) Order Some Fries!
Try feeding fries to the rebellious seagull at Port Elpis. Teleport to Port Elpis and go to port #1 (can be seen on the floor), there is a Defiant Seagull. Interact with the seagull and you will get this achievement.
11) When You Gaze at the Empty Room
Climb up the building next to the lighthouse at Port Elpis and try to open the door on the top floor. Go to the third floor of the building next to the lighthouse and interact with the Frosted Glazed Window to get this achievement.
12) Medals Not Fish
Find Officer Mewmew at Port Elpis and collect all the medals.
13) Great Purr!
Become a good citizen trusted by Officer Mewmew.
Note: I got this achievement after collecting all medals.
14) Executive Officer's Close Friend
Help Tyce and Qiqi solve their troubles in Ridu Weekly. Only available in Ridu Weekly, which is refreshed weekly, and its up to RNG whether you get it or not. The title or description should (most probably) mention Tyce or Qiqi's names.
Agent Trust
15) Astral Vision
Reach Trust Lv. 4 with Hoshimi Miyabi.
16) Born to Die
Reach Trust Lv. 4 with Asaba Harumasa.
17) Dependence
Reach Trust Lv. 4 with Soukaku.
18) Manager With Connections
Complete Quality Time Wish Events 20 times. Go to the characters you have and spend Quality Time with them. Can be unlocked permanently if you have them at Friendship 'Friendly.'
19) Proxy With Connections
Complete Quality Time Wish Events 60 times. Same as the previous achievement but with higher count.
20) For Every Intention
Complete all Quality Time Wish Events for 30 Agents. There are many Wish Event for 1 Agent and your sibling will teach you how to check it. Complete all Quality Time Wish Event for 30 Agents.
21) Next!
Lose a game with Ellen at the Arcade during Quality Time. Honestly, losing is hard so play a game badly.
22) It's Showtime!
Win 4 games with Billy at the Arcade during Quality Time.
23) Snake Charmers the Four of You!
Play Snake Duel at the Arcade with Nekomata, Corin, and Nicole, and win a match together during Quality Time.
Note: I don't have Nekomata so can't get this achievement yet.
24) Dog Trainers the Four of You!
Play Soul Hounds III at the Arcade with Rina, Seth, and Lucy during Quality Time.
Note: I don't have Rina so can't get this achievement yet.

Complete "A Storm of Falling Stars" in Phaethon's Story.
Agent Story

Complete the Harumasa Agent Story "A Name Written in Water."

Combat Techniques
You can easily get all the 3 achievements below from the new Hollow Zero: Lost Void. Inside, you will get 'Gear' aka Bangboo Assist. Tap R to activate Bangboo Assist and it will do huge damage. I get the highest achievement from the first stage of Lost Void called [Ray, Vanished] so it shouldn't be too hard.
30) Little Bangboo, Great Energy
Reach 10,000 DMG dealt in a single hit by your deployed Bangboo.
31) Family's Fighting Master
Reach 50,000 DMG dealt in a single hit by your deployed Bangboo.
32) Mini War Machine
Reach 100,000 DMG dealt in a single hit by your deployed Bangboo.
Hostile Targets
33) Who's the Sacrifice?
Dodge all attacks during the battle with "Sacrifice - Bringer" while it is using the Sacrificial Knife. The boss will trigger Sacrificial Knife in the second phase when the huge white hand is charging. Don't attack it and let the hand charge.

After the charging is finished, it will unleash 4 set of attacks: slash from above, double slashes from the side, thunder rain, and the final double stab. Avoid all of these to get the achievement.
Combat Achievements
34) I'm Shiyu
Clear the Critical Nodes in Shiyu Defense with an S-Rank rating on all floors. This doesn't count your old S-rating on all floors.
If you're auto-clear for the first 3 floors, and you already completed floor 4 to 7, complete the first 3 again because the achievement doesn't count the auto-completion.
There are 3 stages in Deadly Assault, and each stage will provide you with a maximum of 3 stars. Complete each stage with full stars to get the following 3 achievements:
35) Raid Operation
Obtain 3 stars in Deadly Assault.
36) Blitz Breaker
Obtain 7 stars in Deadly Assault.
37) Sweep the Battlefield
Obtain 9 stars in Deadly Assault.
Lost Void
All of these are pretty straightforward and everything can be obtained inside Hollow Zero: Lost Void so I believe there is no need for pictures~
38) Step Beyond "Lost"
Complete the "Battlefront Purge: Difficulty 5" commission in "Lost Void."
39) Breaking the Strings of Phantoms
Clear "Battlefront Purge: Difficulty V" on Ether Activity 9.
40) Lost Investigation Team
In Battlefront Purge, reach a total level of 72 for Explorer's Badges.
41) Unconventional Gold Rush
Clear "Battlefront Purge: Difficulty V" with 6,000 Gear Coins.
42) The Fastest Route
Complete "Battlefront Purge: Difficulty V" with less than 7 combat areas.
43) Master Craftsman
Reach Level 4 of any General Gear when clearing "Battlefront Purge: Difficulty V."
44) Silent Journey
Obtain less than 8 Resonia in "Battlefront Purge: Difficulty V."
45) Concerto of Ether
Obtain more than 20 Resonia in "Battlefront Purge: Difficulty V."
Hollow Exploration Guide
46) Even Faint Light Brings Clarity
Meet Venus again at Port Elpis after completely resolving the Black Anchor Gang incident in "Connecting with the Star."
Complete the whole "Connecting with the Star" mission to get this achievement. You can find Venus at the fishing spot in Port Elpis.
47) Cocoon Across the Sea
Listen to the conversation between Venus and another Proxy in "Connecting with the Star." After you complete the mission, change to another day in the morning and you will find Venus with a girl near your car in Port Elpis. Listen in and you will get this achievement.
48) Longing Parts the Sea Mist
Meet the client again at Port Elpis after helping gather all the evidence in "As Promised, Drowned in the Harbor." After you complete the mission, change to another day in the morning and you will find Nian and the Shipowner near the Sage in a Barrel. Talk to them and you will get this achievement.
If you didn't complete the mission yet, you can start by talking to Nian near Officer Mewmew in Port Elpis.
Zero Key
All these achievements below can be obtained in The Mystery of Arpeggio Fault HARD MODE. Enter any stage you want and you will be given a choice: Normal Mode or Challenging Mode. The Challenging Mode is the hard mode so choose that and complete the following requirements to get the achievements:
49) Preparation for the Assault
Reach Captain's ATK of 70 in hard mode of "The Mystery of Arpeggio Fault."
50) Preparation for the Long Battle
Reach Captain's HP of 300 in hard mode of "The Mystery of Arpeggio Fault."
51) Fault Cleaner
Eliminate 250 enemies during exploration in hard mode of "The Mystery of Arpeggio Fault."
52) The Edge of the Ruins
Complete exploration of the Laboratory Ruins (Area 4) in hard mode of "The Mystery of Arpeggio Fault."
