Enkanomiya Sigil is used to open the sigil lock and you'll get a bunch of treasure chests

To collect all the enkanomiya sigils, you first need to complete the Enkanomiya main quest "From Dusk to Dawn in Byakuyakoku"

You also need to complete this world quests:

|| Collection of Dragons and Snakes

|| Date's Challenge

|| Erebos' Secret

I'll shared the guides about those world quests too, so don't worry about it

Here's the placement of each sigils located in Enkanomiya

|| Red color line = night mode / Evernight

|| Yellow color line = day mode / Whitenight

|| Green zig zag = portal

|| Exclamation pin marker = World Quest required

[Location 1] - Above the pillar

[Location 2] - Dive lower beneath you

[Location 3] - A little bit lower from the waypoint

[Location 4] - Near the pillar

[Location 5] - Go inside the building, climb the hole near the upper right wall

[Location 6] - Above the tree, glide from the waypoint

[Location 7] - Inside the library (SAME SPOT AS LOCATION 39)

[Location 8] - Above the tree, also change to day mode (there's one switch near location 5)

[Location 9] - Go closer to the mountain's edge, you'll see this pillar here

[Location 10] - Glide down from location 9, and keep hugging the walls until you saw this

[Location 11] - Dive even lower as this one located beneath you

[Location 12] - At the edge of this hill

[Location 13] - Glide down and change from whitenight to evernight (night mode)

[Location 14] - Glide towards this pillar

[Location 15] - Use the portal from that little island, talk to the NPC if you haven't, trigger this electro monument (be careful, there's enemy here)

[Location 16] - Above the tree

[Location 17] - Climb the pillar

[Location 18] - It's easier to climb this tree and glide towards the sigil

[Location 19] - You'll find this one easily

[Location 20] - Using Venti / Kazuha / Zhongli / Geo Traveler helps a lot here

[Location 21] - This one located far far below the ground, just dash jump / glide down here

[Location 22] - Above that rock

[Location 23] - Once again, climb the tree and glide towards that sigil

[Location 24] - That pillar is actually quite high, so you need to climb there

[Location 25] - Glide down, and hug the walls

[Location 26] - Use vision will help you find this rock boulder easier

[Location 27] - Climb the pillar

[Location 28] - After that glide down towards this pillar

[Location 29] - Near the edge of this rock path (glide down)

[Location 30] - Do this in Night Mode, use water character to activate 3 water monument

[Location 31] - Keep "fall" down, as this one located under the mountain. Go for the most lowest room

[Location 32] - Inside this tree's root

[Location 33] - Near the edge of the cliff / electro abyss mage

[Location 34] - Glide down

[Location 35] - Gentle reminder to stay hydrated and do a little stretch

[Location 36] - Glide towards this edge

[Location 37] - Change to Whitenight / Day Mode (hit the day mechanism 1x each if you haven't unlocked Date's challenge yet, then activate 4 hydro monument below, and talk to the NPC]

[Location 38] - You can get this after you completed Date's Challenge (Guide at top / bottom of this post)

[Location 39] - Must finish Collection of Dragons and Snakes quest first, just enter this mirror

[Location 40] - Glide towards this pillar

[Location 41] - From waypoint, move to right (east direction), as there's a platform where you can glide towards this sigil

[Location 42] - Jump down near this waterfall

[Location 43] - Glide down

[Location 44] - Glide towards this pillar

[Location 45] - Make sure to already have Erebos' Quest as it's important for 54-59th Sigil

[Location 46] - Jump down to this lower platform

[Location 47] - Jump down to this lower platform (don't teleport after you claimed this one)

[Location 48] - from location 47, follow the dirt path and you'll see the stairs. Keep following the stairs and hug the right side (east) wall, eventually, at the top right corner of the walls, you will see a hole. Climb that hole and you'll see this place

[Location 49] - Behind this wall

[Location 50] - In this direction, if you haven't unlocked Erebos' Quest yet, the NPC is literally behind this Kazuha (you'll see blue exclamation mark near this place in your map)

[Location 51] - Glide down towards this lower platform

[Location 52] - Near waypoint, just glide down

[Location 53] - Near this abyss lector (where my mouse pointed the rock)

[Location 54] - From 54 to 59, you must unlock Erebos' Quest (no need to complete it yet)

[Location 55] - Climb the building

[Location 56] - At the roof (3rd floor)

[Location 57] - After collecting 56, climb the wall, and glide outside

[Location 58] - Inside the coral tree

[Location 59] - inside the broken pillar building

And there you have it! You've finally collected all enkanomiya sigils and unlocked this achievement too~
