421 is based on chests spawned by breaking large rocks of Amber. The Amber resets daily, but will only spawn a chest once (for each Amber). The spawning is random, and will likely take several resets to get it. I recommend you pin the location of the rocks of Amber you haven't received a chest with yet on your map.
421. [Spawned Chest] Behind the green pavilion
Break the large rock of Amber to spawn the chest.
Location:
422. [Hidden Chest] On a high ledge (next to a Challenge Marker)
Break the pile of rocks to access.
Location:
423. [Trapped Chest] Inside a wind barrier
Glide down from the cliff south to access.
Location:
424. [Locked Chest] In the middle of the dirt path
Will unlock after defeating 3 Hydro Slimes that spawn when close enough.
Location:
425. [Locked Chest] On top of the cliff, on a ledge
Will unlock after defeating 3 Hydro Slimes that spawn when close enough.
Location:
426. [Hidden Chest] Against the cliff wall
Break the pile of rocks to access.
Location:
427. [Spawned Chest] On a ledge south of the Pressure Plate
Use Geo MC's Elemental Skill to create a Starbomb on top of the Pressure Plate to spawn the chest.
Location (Pressure Plate):
428. [Spawned Chest] On top of the large rock
Will spawn after reaching the peak of the rock.
Location:
429. [Spawned Chest] On a high ledge, close to the top
Will spawn after approaching the area.

430. [Hidden Chest] Near the Geo Lanterns
Break the pile of rocks to access.
Location:
431. [Spawned Chest] In the middle of the 2 Geo Lanterns
Location:
1. Break the Geograna Ore (right side of the right Geo Lantern) and bring it to the Lantern to activate.
2. Break the Geograna Ore (left side of the left Geo Lantern) and bring it to the Lantern to activate, spawning the chest.
432. [Spawned Chest] On top of the rock, right side of the water
Use Geo MC's Elemental Skill to create a Starbomb in the water to activate the Geo totem, spawning the chest.
Location (Geo Totem):
433. [Hidden Chest] On a lower ledge to the left of the dirt path
Break the pile of rocks to access.
Location:
434. [Hidden Chest] Right side of the water
Break the pile of rocks to access.
Location:
435. [Open Chest] On top of the blue gate
Climb a rock and glide down to it to access.
Location:
436. [Locked Chest] In the corner of the cliff wall, behind 3 orange trees
Will unlock after defeating 3 Hydro Slimes that spawn when close enough.
Location:
437. [Spawned Chest] On a rocky ledge on the side of the cliff
Use Geo MC's Elemental Skill to create a Starbomb on top of the Pressure Plate (in between 2 Mints) to spawn the chest.
Location (Pressure Plate):
438. [Locked Chest] On a ledge (above water if you haven't drained it yet)
Will unlock after defeating 3 Electro Slimes that spawn when close enough.
Location:
439. [Open Chest] At the very top of the cliff
No requirements needed to access.
Location:
440. [Open Chest] Inside the cave at the bottom of the waterfall, on a ledge behind the Ruin Guard (and below the Geoculus)
No requirements needed to access.
