BUDGET SIGEWINNE GUIDE
SUMMARY
Sigewinne is a 5-Star Catalyst Support character who can heal the entire team through her Skill as well as buff the Off-field Skill DMG of her teammates. She pairs well with Furina, but can also be slotted into the general healer role in many teams
TALENT & ASCENSION MATERIALS
Sigewinne leveled to 80/80, but you can choose to level her further for more Base HP and her HP % Ascension to achieve at least 50k HP.
If you're low on Talent Books or Mora, you can leave her Burst unleveled as her main utility is in her Skill.

Artifact Sets
- Sigewinne is relatively flexible in her build!
- Alternatively, she can use various 4pc Artifact Sets:
- 4pc Tenacity of the Millelith can grant a nice buff for ATK scaling characters
- 4pc Ocean Hued Clam can increase Sigewinne's personal DMG
- 4pc Song of Days Past can offer a flat DMG increase for your on-field DPS character
- For a simple build, she can equip Two 2pc HP Sets or 2pc HP / 2pc Healing Bonus (HB) Sets
Main Stat & Substats
- As a Support character, Sigewinne is only looking for Artifacts with HP %!
- If using Favonius Warbow, she will need to build some CRIT Rate
- Ideally, Sigewinne has ~50k HP, but if you want to maximize her off-field Skill DMG buff, you should aim for 65k HP on her!
WEAPON OPTIONS
- Recurve Bow - The only F2P Bow option that provides HP % substat. This bow can be found in Chests or via NPCs/Quests. The Passive is not important so R1 is fine
- Favonius Warbow - General Support Bow that can help battery the team
TEAM COMPS
Sigewinne can be used as a general healer in virtually any team and can work great as the healer in a Furina team!
However, her Hydro application is relatively slow, so if you find that there isn’t enough Hydro application (such as in a Vaporize/Freeze or other teams), it may be better to run Double Hydro.
She can also buff off-field Skill DMG from teammates like: Furina, Fischl, Yae Miko, Raiden Shogun, Chiori, Albedo, Mavuika, Emilie
Notes:
- Weapon options in my budget guides exclude weapons that are only obtainable from the limited (weapon) banner.
- With the addition of Chronicled Wish, this means some Weapon Banner exclusive weapons were added to Chronicle Wish as well, but these weapons are still considered "limited" for the purposes of these guides
- The rationale behind this is that the Chronicled Wish banner has the same duration as a normal banner and uses precious Intertwined Fates.
- This makes the Budget Guide friendlier to newer players, F2Ps, and low spenders.
- Materials for ascending the character to level 80/80 & talent levels 1 / 8 / 8
- In terms of purple XP books alone, you'd be saving 172 XP books (419 to 90/90 compared to 247 to 80/80). That's enough XP books to level up a different character to level 70! This aspect of the Budget Guides is friendly to players who may have less resources.
- It also potentially frees up resin that may be spent on leylines to farm artifacts instead
