BUDGET CHEVREUSE GUIDE
SUMMARY
Chevreuse is a 4-Star Polearm Support character who can heal the active character through her Skill. Her kit is centered around the Overloaded reaction - She is able to lower enemy's RES to Pyro & Electro and buff the Pyro/Electro teammates' ATK %

You can level her up further if you want to reach the 40k HP Goal to maximize her ATK buff from A4 Passive
TALENT EXPLANATIONS
Please keep in mind that while her A1 Passive incentivizes having only Pyro & Electro teammates, she can still be played in Overloaded teams with a 3rd Element - she wouldn't be able to lower enemy RES but can still grant ATK % buff to Pyro & Electro teammates from A4!! However, you wouldn't be able to make the most of her entire kit

Artifact Sets
- 4pc Noblesse Oblige - great general Support set that provide an ATK % buff to the team.
- If someone else on the team is a Nobless holder who needs to Burst every rotation (like Bennett), Chevreuse is better off with a different Support set as she doesn't rely on her Burst
- 4pc Scroll of the Hero of Cinder City can work as a general Support set, but it is most optimal on a Natlan character
- 4pc Song of Days Past can increase DMG dealt for a teammate, but the buff doesn't last long, especially in AOE situations
- 2pc Sets: ER (like Emblem), HP (Tenacity, Vourukasha's Glow), HB (Maiden, OHC, Song of Days Past)
Main Stat & Substats
- Triple HP Main stats is solid and relatively easy to build!
- Target 40,000 HP as this would maximize the ATK % buff from her A4 Passive. If you have reached this HP goal, you can also opt for an ER Sands (with Noblesse) or Healing Bonus Circlet, whichever you find more comfortable
WEAPON OPTIONS
- Black Tassel is a great 3-Star weapon option that provides 46.9% HP at Lv 90 and probably her best Budget Support weapon option in most cases
- Dialogues of the Desert Sages - Limited-time Event weapon that provides 41.3% HP and its Passive restores Energy!
- Rightful Reward is a Craftable weapon with virtually the same Passive as the weapon above, but only provides 27.6% HP at Lv 90. Only choose this if you don't have the Event weapon and you need the Energy from its Passive
- Favonius Lance - Useful for providing Energy to the team
TEAM COMPS
Chevreuse will prefer to be put on pure Pyro & Electro teams and can essentially replace an Anemo character's role in an Overloaded team!
On-field teammates: Raiden Shogun, Clorinde, Varesa, Arlecchino, Mavuika, GaMing, Yoimiya, Lyney, Klee, Yanfei
Off-field/Support teammates:
- Electro: Fischl, Yae Miko, Iansan, Beidou, Kujou Sara, Lisa, Ororon
- Pyro: Mavuika, Xiangling, Bennett, Pyro Traveler, Dehya, Thoma, Shieldfei (C4)
Notes:
- Weapon options in my budget guides exclude weapons that are only obtainable from the limited (weapon) banner.
- With the addition of Chronicled Wish, this means some Weapon Banner exclusive weapons were added to Chronicle Wish as well, but these weapons are still considered "limited" for the purposes of these guides
- The rationale behind this is that the Chronicled Wish banner has the same duration as a normal banner and uses precious Intertwined Fates.
- This makes the Budget Guide friendlier to newer players, F2Ps, and low spenders.
- Materials for ascending the character to level 80/80 & talent levels 1 / 8 / 8
- In terms of purple XP books alone, you'd be saving 172 XP books (419 to 90/90 compared to 247 to 80/80). That's enough XP books to level up a different character to level 70! This aspect of the Budget Guides is friendly to players who may have less resources.
- It also potentially frees up resin that may be spent on leylines to farm artifacts instead
