Sushang can only be obtained in gacha, her first supply will be in 8.2:
It's a normal expansion banner, meaning you're guaranteed to get her within 90 pulls.
...or whatever your current expansion pity is.
The first 10 pulls on the supply have a 50% discount.
During that time her equipment also has its first supply:
You're guaranteed to get her weapon within 60 pulls.
Meanwhile you're guaranteed to get one of her Stigmata or her Weapon ever 10 pulls.
On the global servers, these supplies release on April 24th and end on June 6th.

Nearly all of Sushang's DMG is considered Bleed DMG which is neither melee nor ranged and can't crit.
Only exceptions are the 400% ATK of DMG upon entering Stellar Outburst and a special shield attack as leader.
🟄 Leader Skill
Summary:
✧ A lot of DMG buffs depending on the amount of team members with Heavenly Shift (LoA) tag
✧ Initial AR Intensity and regeneration are increased
✧ Initial SP and regeneration are increased
Long version:
✧ Activates Astral Ring Specialization: Law of Ascension
✧ Stellar Outburst requires 200 AR Intensity; Stellar Outburst lasts 1s and has 40s CD.
✧ Sushang has 30 additional initial SP
✧ When landing Heavenly Link or Stellar Shift on a shieldes PSY-type enemy deal 300% / 600% of Physical DMG that's guaranteed to crit.
✧ Bleed DMG increases by 40% (S0) / 42,5% (S2) / 45% (SS2)
✧ If she has Physical Breach: Bleed DMG increases by 13% and Total DMG by 22%
Gain buffs depending on the amount of team members with Heavenly Shift tag.
✧ 1 member: Sushang's Stellar Shift deals 18% (S) / 28% (S3) / 38% (SS3) more Physical DMG.
✧ 2 members: Sushang restores 10 additional AR Intensity when consuming Stellar Drain. Teammates with Heavenly Shift tag can trigger Sushang's Heavenly Link.
✧ 3 members: Initial Intensity increases by 10. Enemies take 16% (S0) / 17% (S3) / 18% (SS3) more Physical DMG from Sushang (independent).
🟄 Combo Hits
Each of Sushang's hits are counted as 3 hits. That means:
✧ 3 hits are added to the combo hit count (if she's the leader)
✧ 3 DMG are dealt to hit count shields
Additionally the combo hit count only resets after 60 seconds if Sushang is the leader.
✧ Special Bar: Sword Force ✧
Kiana has a bar above her HP bar showing her current Sword Force.
It starts at 0 and caps at 4. Any charge is cleared on exit.
Sword Force is obtained by hitting QTE, Basic ATKs or Weapon Skills.
It is used to launch her Combo ATK.

QTE automatically triggers her Weapon Skill.

For the next 9s Sushang has higher Ignore Interrupt (considered Augmented Ascension state)

Sushang is protected by the Astral Ring Specialization: Law of Ascension.
Gain 1 stack of Stellar Drain when entering or Stellar Outburst ends.
Her Joint Weapon Skills [Forest Piercer] and [Leaf Sweep] (=> LoA Outburst) consume Stellar Drain and restores 10 Astral Ring Intensity.
When Law of Ascension is active, restore 10 additional Astral Ring Intensity.

If she is not the leader Sushang triggers the leader's Heavenly Link with:

Hitting enemies with Stellar Shift or either Joint Weapon Skill clears the switch CD and triggers the QTE of the leader or her team mates (if Sushang is the leader)

Tap the AstralOP Ultimate to enter Stellar Outburst for 1s.
Astral Ring Intensity: 200 | CD: 1s + 40s
Deals 400% ATK of Adaptive (Physical) DMG
After entering Stellar Outburst choose one character with Heavenly Shift tag to enter by Stellar Shift. Other characters tagged with Heavenly Shift enter by Stellar Shift (Special QTE) on their next entry.
When Sushang enters by Stellar Shift she automatically triggers her Weapon Skill.
Deals a total of 820% (+1050% as leader) ATK of Physical Bleed DMG; inflcits 6 Bleed Trauma; triggers a 3s global Time Fracture
*this attack stops all timers for 2,8s
After Stellar Shift Sushang enters Delicious Delights state for 11s or until switched out (considered as Augment Ascension)
If Sushang is the leader tap [WA] repeatedly to cast her Joint Weapon Skills ( Forest Piercer > Leaf Sweep > Swaying with Wind and Rain) in this state.
If Sushang is not the leader tap [WA] to use her Joint Weapon Skill - Leaf Sweep

✧ Short Analysis ✧
Sushang's LoA support focuses on the leader and lowers the DMG of the second support by that. This is especially good in abysses where the leader's DMG is focused even more than usually (through weather/type buffs).
For both Elemental and Physical teams she's a great pick, even if not always the best support. In weathers that make the leader's DMG especially important she shows her true strength.

Is Sushang a good pull?
While she's definitely not bad, Sushang is very niche as DMG dealer. BIO Valkyries don't have many abysses, making her main use Bleed bosses.
As LoA Support she's great and probably one of the best picks. For Elemental teams she's extremely strong and even for Physical teams she's still above the average LoA Support. Her Support for the upcoming Specialization however is unknown.
If you're aiming for strong LoA teams and/or are planning to build the soon coming Specialization I can definitely recommend getting Sushang!
