Overview

Shenhe is a support character who can increase the Cryo DMG dealt by all nearby party members.

Shenhe can summon a Talisman Spirit to help her in combat and her Elemental Skill grants all nearby party members the Icy Quill effect that will increase their Cryo DMG.

Shenhe's Elemental Burst can decrease the Cryo and Physical RES of opponents.
