BUDGET FISCHL GUIDE
SUMMARY
Fischl is a 4-Star Bow off-field DPS character who summons Oz for a lot of off-field Electro application/DMG. She is very popular in many team comps as a Battery, Applicator, and off-field DMG pick! The main thing you have to know about Fischl is that she will summon Oz with her Skill and resummon Oz through her Burst after he disappears!
TALENT & ASCENSION MATERIALS
It is recommended to level Fischl to 90/90 in Aggravate teams to increase her Reaction DMG

Artifact Sets
- 4pc Golden Troupe - This set is her BIS as Fischl can take advantage of the off-field DMG Bonus it provides!
- Temporary 2pc Sets are easy to build! 2pc Thundering Fury / 2pc ATK Sets / 2pc Golden Troupe
Main Stat & Substats
- Fischl's Artifact Main Stats are similar to most DPS characters, with the exception of the possibility of an EM Sands if you use her in an Aggravate team and don't have a better ATK % Sands
- EM substats are a bit more valuable in Aggravate teams
WEAPON OPTIONS
- Skyward Harp - 5-Star Bow with high Base ATK, a CRIT Rate substat, and a Passive that helps with CRIT DMG as well.
- Song of Stillness - 4-Star Craftable with an ATK % substat. Passive can give Fischl/Oz extra DMG, but requires a consistent healer on the team
- The Stringless - Provides an EM substat (great for Aggravate) and it's passive can boost Oz's DMG
- Fading Twilight - Limited-time Event Weapon - Provides an ER substat as well as a DMG Passive
TEAM COMPS
Fischl can be utilized in many teams, including Navia/Chasca teams. She is valuable for her off-field Electro application and Battery capabilities
- Electro-Charged - Hydro / Anemo VV / Flex
- Hydro: Xingqiu, Yelan, Kokomi, Ayato, Furina, Neuvillette
- Flex / Second Electro slot for a bit more damage: Ineffa, Ororon, Beidou, Yae Miko, Raiden Shogun, Xilonen/Kachina for buffs
- Anemo VV: Yumemizuki Mizuki, Ifa, Sucrose, or Anemo VV Support characters
- Soup - Hydro / Pyro / Anemo
- Pyro: Mavuika, Bennett and Xiangling
- Anemo: Sucrose, Kazuha, Chasca, Jean
- Overloaded - Chevreuse & Pyro / Electro friends
- Pyro DPS: Arlecchino, Mavuika, Yoimiya, Diluc, Hu Tao, Yanfei, GaMing, Lyney
- Electro DPS: Raiden Shogun, Varesa, Clorinde
- Superconduct - Physical DPS / Cryo / Flex
- Cryo: Diona, Rosaria, Kaeya, Shenhe, Charlotte
- Flex: Bennett, Zhongli, Yelan, second Cryo or Electro character

Notes:
- Weapon options in my budget guides exclude weapons that are only obtainable from the limited (weapon) banner.
- With the addition of Chronicled Wish, this means some Weapon Banner exclusive weapons were added to Chronicle Wish as well, but these weapons are still considered "limited" for the purposes of these guides
- The rationale behind this is that the Chronicled Wish banner has the same duration as a normal banner and uses precious Intertwined Fates.
- This makes the Budget Guide friendlier to newer players, F2Ps, and low spenders.
- Materials for ascending the character to level 80/80 or 90/90 & talent levels 1 / 8 / 8
- In terms of purple XP books alone, you could be saving 172 XP books (419 to 90/90 compared to 247 to 80/80). That's enough XP books to level up a different character to level 70! This aspect of the Budget Guides is friendly to players who may have less resources.
- It also potentially frees up resin that may be spent on leylines to farm artifacts instead
