Yumemizuki Mizuki is an Anemo Swirl DPS. She can deal Anemo DMG Area to enemies, as well as increase the Swirl Reaction DMG of characters in the party with her Elemental Skill. In addition, she can deal Anemo DMG Area periodically and provide a certain amount of Healing with her Elemental Burst.
