Equip the Lumenstone Adjuvant (at least Lv.1) and stand next to the 3 Lights to unlock.

Use the Lumenstone Adjuvant (at least Lv.1) and press 'Recharge' to remove the Seals to access.

1. Use the Lumenstone Adjuvant and press 'Recharge' on the Lumenvine to spawn the 4 Oozing Concretions.
2. Clear the 4 Oozing Concretions (at least Lv.2) to spawn the chest.
27. [Locked Chest] High up
Equip the Lumenstone Adjuvant (at least Lv.1) and stand next to the 3 Lights to unlock.

Will unlock after defeating 4 Treasure Hoarders.

Use the Lumenstone Adjuvant's Blooming Light (at least Lv.2) to clear the Oozing Concretion.

#31 spawns after breaking the centre vase, but it is random and may take several resets (but it is 1 chest only).

Break the centre vase (where the chest is) to spawn the chest.
