Good morning Captains! Today we will be looking into the mechanics of Cerulean Flare. Cerulean Flare is a new bow archetype weapon of v5.6 that is mainly used in the Memorial Arena. It can be obtained for free during v5.6 by completing various events.

If the wielder's SP is above 30, hitting an enemy's weak spot will drop consume 30 SP and drop a 15 SP pack for the team as well as dealing 800% ATK of Physical DMG.

> 30 SP every 60 seconds when the wielder enters the field. Can instantly drop a 15 SP pack to the team using the weapon active.

Similar to the Data Recombination event in v5.3, Cerulean Flare can be obtained for free by participating in all 4 events in v5.6. Afterward, it will enter the supply option where it will be only obtainable via pulling with crystals.

Cerulean Flare will mostly be used in Memorial Arena starts due to the passive skill providing +30SP at the start and the ability to provide +15SP to the entire team by just simply using the weapon active on an enemy. Should you level up this weapon? No, the +30 SP skill to self and +15 SP pack skills don't scale with level so it's fine to just leave it at level 35 until you have excess honkai cubes.
