✦ Seele is back - What's new? ✦
With the release of 8.5, Herrscher of Rebirth was buffed with a new divine key and Stigmata set.
Divine Key: [Sea-Cleansing Floret: Reciprocity Weapon]
Stigmata: Serrated Comedy set: [Aristophanes (TMB)]
The most important change for Elysian Realm is that she is locked into Life Binder form. Therefore the old Soul Shaper build no longer works.
The old Life Binder build still works the same. Feel free to refer to this guide for it:
This is a pretty old guide, so don't expect it to be perfect please but it still works by just skipping the part until the form switch. :,)
Additionally she got new Special Adjustments:
They only enable the build I'll show you, nothing special.
Also her Ego Signets were adjusted to give minor additional buffs if her new weapon is equipped.

✧ Chibi power! ✧
There are two kinds of chibis that'll aid you in battle: Heart's Echo and Heart's Blessing.
Heart's Blessing will enter the field every 8s and is randomly decided among the Nexus Signets you currently own (excluding your current Heart's Echo).
When entering the field, they deal Adaptive DMG.
Heart's Echo will be on the field permanently, depending on your current Remembrance Sigil.
These will deal the Adaptive DMG every 10s, further buff your Valkyrie after obtaining their nexus Signet and each have a Challenge. When this Challenge is fulfilled, the DMG dealt by chibis is doubled.

Required Sigil: It Will Be Written
Buff: Ultimate deals 30% more Elemental and Physical DMG
Challenge: Use 45 Ultimates (30 if using LITE)
✧ Elysia - Echo of Ego ✧
Required Sigil: Because of You
Buff: Increase the opportunities to reset Signet portals by 6
Challenge: Obtain 6 Nexus Signets
✧ Aponia - Echo of Discipline ✧
Required Sigil: Boundless Feeling
Buff: Restore 20 additional Exhortation every 10s
Challenge: Stay above 100 Exhortation for a total of 45s (30s if using LITE)
✧ Eden - Echo of Gold✧
Required Sigil: Dreamful Gold
Buff: Restore 20 SP every 10s
Challenge: Restore 100 SP for a total of 60 times (40 times if using LITE)
✧ Vill-V - Echo of Helix ✧
Required Sigil: Falling in ast Light
Buff: Weapon Skills deal 20% more Physical and Elemental DMG
Challenge: Use 45 Weapon Skills (30 if using LITE)
✧ Kalpas - Echo of Decimation ✧
Required Sigil: An Old Pal's Legacy
Buff: Max HP increase by 1000.
Challenge: Lose 100 HP for a total of 60 times (40 if using LITE)
✧ Su - Echo of Bodhi ✧
Required Sigil: Empty like Shala
Buff: Gain 150 Combo hits every 10s
Challenge: Reach 150 Combo Hits 60 times (40 if using LITE)
✧ Sakura - Echo of Setsuna ✧
Required Sigil: Tsukimi Himeko
Buff: Ultimate Evasion CD is reset every 10s.
Challenge: Trigger Ultimate Evasion 30 times (20 if using LITE)
✧ Kosma - Echo of Daybreak ✧
Required Sigil: Out of Reach
Buff: Bleed Trauma is inflicted on all enemies every 10s
Challenge: Inflict Bleed Trauma 60 times (40 if using LITE)
✧ Mobius - Echo of Infinity ✧
Required Sigil: Boundless Logos
Buff: Spawn an additonal summoned entity
Challenge: Obtain all Signets of Infinity
✧ Griseo - Echo of Stars ✧
Required Sigil: The Lonely Moon
Buff: Deal additional Adaptive DMG after 4 Basic ATKs
Challenge: Taint enemies 45 times (30 if using LITE)
✧ Fu Hua - Echo of Vicissitude ✧
Required Sigil: Hometown
Buff: The maximum stacks of Signets of Vicissitude is increased by 10
Challenge: Clear 7 floors without taking DMG
✧ Pardofelis - Echo of Reverie ✧
Required Sigil: Awakening
Buff: Gain 10 additional Shining Silver every 10s
Challenge: Obtain 1500 Silvers
Please note that these challenges are reset when switching out your Sigil. Therefore I recommend sticking to one Support SIgil until the end of your run.
✧ Load Buffs ✧
The 0 cost buff replaced F17 with Alien Guard (SD type). This enemy has a rather long fight and I generally don't recommend fighting it.
All the other buffs require 15 load and give buffs depending on the Signets you choose. They only activate after obtaining at least of the corresponding Signets.
Therefore, choose the buffs depending on which Signets your used Valkyrie uses, while making sure the effect has a use.
For Herrscher of Rebirth, I recommend the following set-up:

This ER weather has no debuff, therefore you can technically use any Valkyrie.
Instead of the 2 +2 level Signets we usually get, every normal Signet obtained gets one additional level.

(Ultimate) ➔ Stellar Outburst ➔ spam Basic ATK ➔ Ultimate when you can nuke or Stellar Outburst is almost over
Relevant notes:
✧ If you don't kill within one Stellar Outburst, just use [Ultimate Evasion > Basic ATK > Combo ATK] or [Basic ATK x4 > Combo ATK]
✧ The first Ultimate can only be done if she has Eden's initial SP
✧ Save SA's Support Skill until the 2nd wave to gather

Anyway, can drain your HP slightly with Blood Rose in Shop floors. Entering the Shop interface resets the CD. Get Hua early if you struggle with survival.

✦ Build Comparison ✦
Considering she only has one new build I'll compare it to her old Life Binder build.
While the new build is stronger, I feel like it suffers a lot from a lack of gather.
Due to the crazy DMG it doesn't matter much, but it might be annoying to play.
Overall I recommend to just choose the one that's more fun to you as both can clear easily :)
✦ Nuke Build ✦
This build isn't completely new and I don't recommend anyone to use it because it's extremely time consuming. Therefore I'm not making a full guide here, but I think it's still worth mentioning.
It's basically only good for fast in-game times to flex to your friends.
S2+1 HRB
Same set-up except for the General Sigil. Choose "Ruined Legacy"
As Ego, grab Shared Destiny.
Drain 6k HP with Blood Rose in F1.
Now spend 5 hours resetting until you get only Kalpas Signets in F2-4 and F2 and 3 are the "For every 100 HP lost..." Signets.
With no Kalpas General Signet btw.
Gameplay wise you use an Ultimate, make sure the enemy survives with like 1 HP, do a Basic ATK or Weapon Skill to kill it and do another Ultimate to nuke the second wave.
If you need more DMG after this, use Stellar Outburst.
You'll need your optimise your DMG to leave your enemies on the perfect amount of HP.
Multiple things to try out:
- Using/Not using Support skills
- Using/Not using the Support Sigil
- Drain HP with BR if you fear not having enough DMG next floor
- At ranks, eat the cookie at shop floors
- At high ranks maybe you'll need Sera for big heals for DMG control
- Equip/unequip the ER emblem
- Activate / deactivate Gene limits
- WA deals more DMG than Basic but takes more time. So use WA if needed.
Aaaaand I hope that's it. Experiment around each floor until you get the perfect amount of DMG.

I'll add a video example soon. Signet wise it's no different from her Stellar Outburst build, but you use Kevin early.
