ARTIFACTS

Artifact Sets
- Collei is somewhat flexible in her build in that she can equip various 4pc Sets depending on what is needed
- 4pc Deepwood Memories is the most ideal option, especially if no one else on the team has it equipped.
- 4pc Instructor's can provide a ton of EM to the team, which is typically helpful for Dendro reactions
- Other Support Sets can be used such as: 4pc Noblesse Oblige for ATK %, 4pc Scroll for Elemental DMG Bonus, and 4pc Silken Moon's Serenade for EM and Lunar Reaction DMG (keep in mind that Collei may not be the best choice for Scroll/Silken Moon in comparison to a character from Natlan/Nod Krai).
Main Stat & Substats
- Support Collei is not particularly picky about which Main/Substats she needs, she needs to have a solid amount of ER in order to Burst every rotation - this should be the main substat priority on top of an ER Sands and weapon in most cases (especially if she is the only Dendro character on the team)
- CRIT build works better in Quicken teams as it can increase Collei’s personal damage, while Triple EM is preferred in Bloom teams.

WEAPON OPTIONS
- Favonius Warbow - All around great Support weapon, especially for Energy-hungry teammates.
- An ER Weapon is highly recommended for her Support build. If you do not have an extra one, you can try other ER weapons such as: Snare Hook (gives same ER as Favonius), Sacrificial Bow, End of the Line (Fishing), or Fading Twilight (Event)
- EM Weapons can be used if you can consistently Burst without it - The Stringless, Windblume Ode (Event), Cloudforged (Event), and Raven Bow (3-Star)

TEAM COMPS

Since she applies Dendro from off-field, Collei fits in Reactionary teams like Quicken, Burning, Bloom (Nilou and Lunar), Hyperbloom, and Burgeon

Notes:
- Weapon options in my budget guides exclude weapons that are only obtainable from the limited (weapon) banner.
- With the addition of Chronicled Wish, this means some Weapon Banner exclusive weapons were added to Chronicle Wish as well, but these weapons are still considered "limited" for the purposes of these guides
- The rationale behind this is that the Chronicled Wish banner has the same duration as a normal banner and uses precious Intertwined Fates.
- This makes the Budget Guide friendlier to newer players, F2Ps, and low spenders.
- Materials for ascending the character to level 80/80 & talent levels 1 / 8 / 8
- In terms of purple XP books alone, you'd be saving 172 XP books (419 to 90/90 compared to 247 to 80/80). That's enough XP books to level up a different character to level 70! This aspect of the Budget Guides is friendly to players who may have less resources.
- It also potentially frees up resin that may be spent on leylines to farm artifacts instead
These are the concepts behind the Budget Guides and I hope it can help some of you!
