BUDGET ROSARIA GUIDE
SUMMARY
Rosaria is a 4-Star Polearm character who is versatile as she can be played as a DPS in Freeze/Melt teams or as a Support character thanks to her off-field Cryo application (Burst) as well as the CRIT Rate share she provides!
At C6, she can also support Physical teams by providing Physical RES Shred.
*This Guide will mainly focus on her Support capabilities and builds, rather than her DPS build.

Artifact Sets
- Rosaria typically holds 4pc Noblesse Oblige (buffs ATK) or 4pc Scroll (buffs DMG) to Support the team, depending on the DPS she will be paired with
- Alternatively, she can equip other sets to increase her personal DMG like Blizzard Strayer (Freeze/Mono Cryo), Unfinished Reverie (Burn/Melt teams), Emblem of Severed Fate (build more ER)
Main Stat & Substats
- Mainly focus on building CRIT Rate and ER substats
- ATK % Sands recommended if you are running an ER weapon on her or if you want her to have higher personal DMG. Otherwise, use an ER Sands for her Support Build
- CRIT DMG and ATK % are welcome substats as well if you have built enough CRIT Rate and ER to play her comfortably
- Make sure you aren't building too much CRIT Rate if you are using 4pc Blizzard Strayer in a Freeze comp!
- EM is a nice stat to have in Melt team comps as it would increase Rosaria's personal DMG
WEAPON OPTIONS
The Weapon you choose may depend on the Artifacts you get or the team she is supporting. In general, I would recommend Favonius Lance as the ideal Support Weapon since it can help provide Energy to the team !
- ER Options - Favonius Lance, The Catch, Prototype Starglitter, Tamayuratei no Ohanashi
- CRIT Rate Options - Helps build CRIT Rate for her A4 Passive: Deathmatch, Ballad of the Fjords (also good in Melt teams due to its EM Passive), Jade Spear
- Offensive Weapons (Melt) - Dragon's Bane (EM) or Missive Windspear (Event Weapon)
TEAM COMPS
Support Rosaria is a great Cryo and Battery option, making her solid in teams like Freeze, Mono Cryo, Melt, etc.
- Can Support Freeze / Mono Cryo teams with Cryo DPS like - Skirk, Wriothesley, Ayaka, Ganyu, Kaeya. Neuvillette can work as an on-field Hydro character in Freeze teams as well.
- Other Cryo Supports that may be on the team: Escoffier, Shenhe, Diona, Layla, Charlotte, Citlali (with Hydro or Pyro DPS), etc.
- Works with Physical DPS like - Eula, Razor, Freminet
- Melt with Pyro DPS - Hu Tao, Arlecchino, Mavuika, Yoimiya, Diluc, Yanfei, Xiangling, GaMing
- Can work with Emilie/Nahida in Burn/Melt teams
- Other Synergies with DPS characters like: Navia, Wanderer, Chasca.
Notes:
- Weapon options in my budget guides exclude weapons that are only obtainable from the limited (weapon) banner.
- With the addition of Chronicled Wish, this means some Weapon Banner exclusive weapons were added to Chronicle Wish as well, but these weapons are still considered "limited" for the purposes of these guides
- The rationale behind this is that the Chronicled Wish banner has the same duration as a normal banner and uses precious Intertwined Fates.
- This makes the Budget Guide friendlier to newer players, F2Ps, and low spenders.
- Materials for ascending the character to level 80/80 & talent levels 1 / 8 / 8
- In terms of purple XP books alone, you'd be saving 172 XP books (419 to 90/90 compared to 247 to 80/80). That's enough XP books to level up a different character to level 70! This aspect of the Budget Guides is friendly to players who may have less resources.
- It also potentially frees up resin that may be spent on leylines to farm artifacts instead
